"Positives: The apartment was easy to book, in a convenient location. It had comfortable beds, comfortable sitting and dining areas and a suitable kitchen. We were able to collect our key late at night. Negatives: The heating did not work so we were always cold, the hot water ran out on the only full day of our visit, so we could not shower. Wir haben den Vermieter zwar nicht persönlich kennen gelernt, aber er war sofort bereit uns zu helfen, einen wichtigen Gegenstand wieder zu bekommen, den wir in der Wohnung zurückgelaasen haben. "
