"We had a good time staying in this hotel. Location is close and walkable to the tourist spots. The room is spacious and clean, bed is very comfortable. Staff are very helpful, we arrive early and they check us in with the room upgrade. We will be staying in this hotel when we visit Sofia, Bulgaria again someday. Highly recommended. "Amazing! Travelled with our 10 month old baby and would recommend to anyone staying in Sofia. Hotel was immaculate, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was stunning and so spacious. We even had mini toiletries in the bathroom specifically for our baby and a cot was provided free of charge. 100% recommend. "

"This is not a 4 star hotel. With my experience, this should be no more than 3 stars. I stayed in the 4th floor. There was hair on the blankets. Like a lot. WiFi kept disconnecting so I had to keep using my data. Also, the AC was not working. I brought up it up to the front desk, she giggled and told me that there are no rooms left. The only pros is the closeness of this hotel and the water pressure. With the price you pay and the quality, you might as well stay in a hostel. "
