This home has 100 feet of shared lake frontage and a beautiful creek that runs adjacent to the property. Home features four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a full kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer along with a living room. This home located in the back of the property. Access to the lake is a minute walk across the street. The One acre of land is a shared space. 2 Fire pits on site, picnic tables and huge yard with a creak. 32ft of dock space. My family stayed here for a long weekend in October. There is a lakefront area directly across the street which is exclusive to the property. The views are beautiful and lake access is extremely easy. Beautiful scenery with the leaves changing! We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the small patio in front. The home is recently renovated and everything is brand new and clean. My kids enjoyed the foosball table! Our host was very accommodating and helpful. I definitely recommend heading up to Auger Falls for a hike. We would love to visit again!
Lake area. Water was very low due to lack of rainfall this fall but views are still pretty.
Auger Falls hike. Definitely worth the trip!
