"Quiet and quaint!!! Loved the comfy bed, easy access, and hospitality. Easiest check in and loved the old style. Sometimes I need to get away from the usual chain stays and this was ideal."

"Thank you so much for this wonderful cabin to stay in! It made a great respite before traveling over the border the next morning. I appreciate it having a kitchen available as well as a full table and was able to do work upon arrival and feel comfortable at the table. Easy to find parking is direct next to the courtyard, has a lovely porch that I enjoyed sitting on it with my morning coffee and also doing yoga on. One thing of note for other people coming if you are A tall person this bad situation may not be for you. I am 5’11 and the bed nook just barely allowed me to stretch my legs out when at an angle and my feet were touching the wall all night. Also, if you need access to the air conditioning, the unit is upstairs. I am glad it had air conditioning because the fan made a clicking noise when turned on which would not have been good for me for sleeping. I highly recommend visiting the provisions coffee shop across the street. They had excellent coffee and amazing small batch sourdough bread and the kitchen of the cabin had a bread nice so I was able to enjoy that in the morning before travel! Hope to visit again, thank you, thank you thank you!"

"My sister Mary lives in Kettle Falls with her three adult children. My brother Andrew, his wife Terrie and son Joseph were joining me from Naples Florida to visit them. I was looking for a place where we could gather for family get togethers. Terrie and I like to cook and entertain so a well equipped spacious kitchen is a must. Lisa is an enthusiastic, gracious and generous host and she has a real gem in this house. It’s incredibly well appointed, generously stocked and very spacious. The setting and views are just magical. All the serenity of a setting surrounded by the beauty of nature but just a short drive to Kettle Falls and Coleville, which has everything you would need. Coleville National Forest and the breathtaking Sherman pass are just a few miles away and the China Bend Winery is a must visit and a gorgeous ride down below Lisa’s house on the same road. Such a beautiful area. I’m looking forward to returning and experiencing it all over again. Thank you Lisa for providing such a wonderful place to stay. We truly loved it."

"We were looking for something affordable and close to family. The cabin was somewhat small, but it served our needs, and we enjoyed our stay."

"The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were clean. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was a little more than sweets and fruit. They served sausage patties and egg patties, biscuits and gravy. You could also make waffles. They provided yogurt, bagels, muffins, and juices. The oatmeal was instant. There was a small dog potty area at the back. This also looked like the newest hotel in Colville. Walmart is just a block away. I was there for a funeral and likely not going back to Colville, but if you need a place to stay, this is a great option."
