First the staff had about 20 bottles of cleaning bottles in hall bocking entrance. 2nd sheets were either dirty or stained, staff did help me put new sheets on bed. 3rd shady characters entering and exiting building. 4th powerful Marijuana smell in hall. 5th lady screaming in the middle of night. 6th went outside to get something from car and a young lady high as a kite talking to herself. 7th bed was awful. 8th worse of all the chemical smell in room gave me a migraine. Got there late at night unable to make other plans, checked out at 0600 as fast as possible.

Best roadside motel
For a roadside, travelers’ motel, this may be the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed in. It was safe, quiet, clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

This is the most dirtiest place to stay. To start off the place just smells gross. The ac window u it have so much build up and dust that’s been built up for years. The toilet seat was the most absurd thing I’ve seen. It was never cleaned in at least the last 4 months. The shower head was broken and shot water all over the place and they knew that. I say that because the crappy floor molding was detoriated from the water and had mold behind it. The fridge cubby was nasty it looked like someone shaved there head and tossed the clippings there it’s very dirty. Also our toilet flooded and they gave me a mop with a towel not a mop head attached.

An older hotel. Rooms nor bathrooms are not real clean. Mattress should have ben replaced years ago. The area around the property just doesn't look well maintained. They also don't understand their reservation or hotel system very well I couldn't get a printed receipt nor did they ever email me one as promised.

Wow. What can I say!? This Hotel is the best hotel in all of Virginia. The staff was amazing, mainly the nice lady who worked at the front desk. I do not remember her name, but she was truly a joy for the entire week that I stayed there during my travels to Fredericksburg, VA. I did not have any plans to come back to Fredericksburg in the near future, but now I do after staying at the Econo Lodge Spotsylvania Town Center Hotel. The unlimited coffee and tea was great and the location alone (close to the nice Mall/Town Center and Downtown Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania) was super convenient. I will definitely be staying here again if they even have any vacancies, as both short and long time hotel visitors/residents were also very friendly and personable. Everyone here was super nice and the cleaning staff was very friendly as well. This Hotel, albeit the surrounding area might look a little run down, was super clean and very very accomdating. I look forward to staying here again and checking out the rest of Fredericksburg/Spotsylvanvia. Thank you.

Very disappointed
First I was asked to leave a $50 deposit after they didn’t have my room that I reserved. Room supposed to be non smoking but reeked of cigarettes. Then on top of that the air conditioning button to make it cooler was broken so the room was warm all night very uncomfortable.

Charged a $50 deposit for a room with thousands of dollats of damage - holes in furniture, tattered bedding, filthy as it gets. Paid for two nights but left after the first - no refund. Just plain gross. I have photos - but the app wont let me attach them. I bet they know how gross it is, too!

For the low price, we got a clean room, comfy bed and nice shower. No coffee, but worth it. Right by the EV charger we needed! $15 for the dog was reasonable too. No complaints. BK coffee next door was just fine.

Very basic hotel. No breakfast. Coffee in the lobby if you get there at the right time. Walking distance to the mall if that is your thing. The staff was nice enough, but this is an older property that needs a facelift.
