The double beds were extremely small. Not comfortable at all for 2 adults to share. I was so disappointed that there was no complimentary morning coffee and hot water provided for tea or hot chocolate. I believe this is the only hotel I've ever stayed at where this wasn't offered. We needed 3 plastic forks to eat birthday cake, as were celebrating a special occasion. When we asked the front desk if they could locate some for us, we were told No. Most other hotels in which I've stayed go out of their way to help with basic needs, even to go as far as providing toothpaste, toothbrush, etc... * The bartender in the lobby area was able to offer us the plastic forks, which was much appreciated.

There’s no roof top terrace that we could find. There is a roof top restaurant which is nice. The underground parking was a bit of a challenge with a very large suv. I think with a small car it would be slightly difficult the angles are just weird. The hotel is very clean and all the staff were very nice

The parking is extremely expensive. Almost 50 dollars per day. When I arrived at 6pm ish the room wasn’t ready. They discounted the extreme parking cost to make it up. Upon leaving the room for my last day we found an extremely rotten bagel that was under the bed by the table. Very disgusting and annoyed we had to spend the days with that under the bed. The employee Jordan was a great help and I notified the person upon leaving to clean up the room properly before the next stay so they don’t have to find a rotten food in the room.

Our experience with staff was terrible. When we checked in, the lady gave us the option for late checkout. Instead of 11am it would be 3pm for an additional fee. We agreed and she gave us a cookie. The next night, we wanted to buy some more cookies like the Santa Barbara, CA doubletree that we frequent. The young man said they can't give away we would have to buy it at the market. I didnt ask for a hand out I asked where we can buy more. The older gentleman with glasses in the market was rude and said, we don't sell the cookies you have to ask front desk. We gave up on the runaround. However, the nice bartendar was kind enough to inquire for us and he went above and beyond to correct my wifes dinner that was cold. Then the night before we were to leave we called front desk to confirm our late check out because we were hanging out with friends in Maryland. Of course they didn't have any record nor could they allow us any late checkout. So we had to leave our friends earlier than expected to checkout in time. Our experience was terrible and will not stay with them again.

My room was placed right next to someone with a dog. I think that there should rooms or a floor dedicated to guests traveling with their pet. This way other guests are not disturbed by their pets. The light fixture in the bathroom had shortage, the knob to turn the water on in the shower almost fell out . The tv or the remote in the room barely worked, had to press and hold the buttons. Also the cafe had a horrible water stain in the ceiling that wasn’t attractive.

Very clean, organized, high quality staff. Could use a few updates - smart tvs, updated thermostats (our room was cold & I don’t think the thermostat was working)

frat party on my floor asked to be moved told it was sold out. didnt even give me a cookie on check in. up all night not one security/ manager did anything. i complained loudly and to many employees. Never again 230.00 my ass

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very polite. I had very little trouble. Our breakfast server was truly amazing and I would definitely book another weekend getaway here I did not experience the rooftop restaurant but that will definitely be on the agenda for next time. Personal opinion is that parking is a little bit expensive so I did not Park in the facility but on the street but that is just personal opinion and I just want to say again that breakfast was excellent no complaints about anything
