I have to carry my baggage to the first floor using the stairs because they don’t have elevator when I ask for room in the lower level they say sorry we don’t have it And I have to but 50$ cash for deposit

I booked this room for three nights and as soon as we got into the room, the tv was all in Spanish and the heater in the room did not work/was only operating on and off not by us controlling it though. There was also a spider in the shower I found in the morning and the blow dryer did not work in the room. The water pressure from the sink was also terrible and the door to the room was drafty. I liked that the room was cheap and its location was nice, but all of these factors made the room a little uncomfortable. Probably would not stay here again.

There is shuttle service to the airport and the rooms, lobby, and breakfast buffet were all excellent. There is some traffic noise audible for those rooms closer to the highway.

Bit disappointed with this property. 1. No lift available, so heavy luggage are to be pulled upstairs which quite a hard labour. Despite the hotel being near to airport. 2. There is no toiletries available at front desk. Quite awkward. 3. No grocery shop near by, difficult to get any daily need item. But the good point is thar they start breakfast early at 6 am, thats good to early check out.

We stayed here because the website said complementary parking. When we got here, we were told that was only for one night and that it would cost nine dollars per night after that. I had to pay for six nights parking but I'm going to dispute it.

Totally perfect for an over night stay near airport. Shuttle service to airport is ok, every 30 minutes. So if you missed it with a few minutes you have to wait another 40-45 minutes to get to the airport. Breakfast, coffee, tea was ok.

Thank you for choosing Best Western Dulles being in a close proximity to the Dulles Airport. We appreciate the positive feedback and comments on our breakfast and also the shuttle. Our shuttle leaves on schedule on the hour and every half hour from 4AM to 10:30 PM. We make advance reservations for the shuttle the night before and ask guests to arrive 5 minutes early to catch the shuttle on time. Thank you for staying and we hoep to see you again next time.
