"Great location on tram route, lovely staff, great room with kitchen areas fully equipped. Nice bed and very quiet, restaurant was nice and food was very good. "

"Excellent location in proximity to Zürich HB, and a short walk down the river to Lake Zürich. Very well curated hotel with an excellent bar. The only downside is that in their endeavour for lean luxury, there is no way to communicate with the hotel reception once in the room due to absence of room phone. They could easily have a WhatsApp number that a guest could conveniently contact. As I was travelling with my young daughter, not having in-room connectivity with the reception was a big deal for me, as if I needed anything at all, I had to take her down to the reception with me, as leaving a child alone in the room is not safe."
