"Did not eat breakfast. A/C turned on the lowest temp did not keep room cool. Bathroom was not at all clean. Rugs and floors throughout were not clean. Walls in the room were paper thin. Our room key failed to work 4 times in 4 days. Each day I had to walk from the furthest room to elevator and down 3 floors to get a replacement key. 4 TIMES! Front desk staff not at all friendly. Will never stay here or re o end here again. "

"We were attending a graduation in Steubenville, and picked this hotel because closer hotels were all booked. Additionally, hotels in Steubenville itself are terrible. I was more than pleased with my stay here, and it was well worth the extra travel time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The grounds and room were clean and comfortable. The aquatic room was better than any other hotel we've encountered. Breakfast was good. I would absolutely stay here again. I recommend it to others."

"Heard people talking in lobby and adjoining room all night along with street noise. Breakfast was awful. There was only cereal and white bread. Other reviews claimed eggs and sausage but there was nothing on the morning I was there. Also, while eating some dry Cocoa Puffs a dog ean out of the elevator and started sniffing my leg. Pillows were lumpy. Room was clean. "

"Only problem was the front of the ac unit and the filters were filthy. I washed filters in the tub and chunks of dust/ dirt came off. Breakfast was good and everything else was reasonably clean. "

"Clean and stocked room; full fridge, microwave, dishes, kitchen area. Good location and easy commute into Morgantown. Friendly and assistive staff. Highly recommend and would stay again!"
