"Had a wonderful stay this weekend. The staff were amazing! Suchadee, TJ, Azuka, Lizzie, Sanita and really everyone there were super nice, helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond and made our stay super easy and enjoyable. We had 2 amazing dinners at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety. The front desk ordered all our taxis and they were there in minutes. Would highly recommend. "

"Stayed two nights at the Ramada in Belfast early May 2024 and were quite happy with our experience. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Belfast and easy to reach from the airport via the300A. Although the hotel was 100% booked, the staff were welcoming, relaxed, and accommodating. Having had a long travel day, and with both a marathon AND a Bank Holiday happening, they found a way to put us in a requested "quiet room" that didn't look onto the streets full of revelers. Breakfast was a buffet, but staff were constantly checking & refreshing dishes so that it was all fresh. The usual espresso self-serve machine, juices, etc. BUT the "full Irish" meant it was possible to enjoy yogurt, fruit, cereals, eggs, bacon, sausage - but also sample potato bread, soda bread, blood sausage.
