"Staff very helpful and friendly, although no English. Happy to converse using translation tools. Swimming pool was closed due to it being winter, which I didn’t reslise when I booked. A couple of times there was no water, no electricity and no wifi, but staff worked to resolve the issue. Breakfast was very good and there was free tea, coffee and iced drinking water available all day. I didn’t have supper at the hotel but did have some drinks at the bar by the open fire which was welcoming and warm."

"The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I asked for an extra heater, they brought one to my room right away and regularly checked in to make sure everything was working properly. I got sick during my stay, and the front desk was kind enough to help me call a local taxi so I could get to a clinic. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to my friends. It’s in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the town center, and the service truly made the stay even better."

"We loved everything about this hotel. It has great location, wonderful decor, the rooms are just the right size for a place like Atacama. The staff was absolutely incredble: extremely helpful, resourceful and outstanding at service. The hotel’s restaurant was amazing and it also offers a delicious breakfast. Don’t miss it."

"El servicio del personal del desayuno excelente. Lo mejor del hotel. Quiero destacar la labor de Mónica, cuyo profesionalismo, abnegada dedicación al trabajo, atención personalizada a los clientes, cordialidad y respeto, sobrepasan con creces el estándar de atención en este tipo de servicios. Lo peor sin duda alguna fue el personal de recepción. El uso del sauna lo manejan a su discreción y antojo. Estuve cinco días y sólo lo pude utilizar dos veces. Las otras veces que lo solicité me lo negaron pues decían que ya estaba reservado, lo que era falso. Observé desde la piscina su uso y nunca vi a nadie entrar. Probablemente en los cinco días solamente lo usé yo un par de veces y tal vez algún otro pasajero lo pudo usar después de insistir con los recepcionistas. En verdad, lo encontré inédito. Primera vez que me pasa. Las instalaciones del sauna son excelentes, cinco estrellas, pero poco y nada se utilizan, por causa de estos personajes de la recepción. Lo último: ojo con el agua caliente en el baño de la habitación. No es posible darse una ducha con agua caliente. Los recepcionistas dijeron que estaban todas las calderas operando y que el sistema no daba más. No lo creo y si fuera así la administración debiera resolver a la brevedad esta situación. También es primera vez que me pasa esto."

"Excellent property with delicious breakfast, coffee & hot chocolate. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Lunch in the hotel restaurant was delicious and it definitely surprised us. The hotel is located very close to the restaurants & shopping in the town."

"Beautiful hotel with a lovely view and good secure parking. Very helpful staff! I would love to give this hotel five stars overall, but I unfortunately just can't - there is no real bathroom door. The sink and counter is entirely open to the room, which is odd but tolerable, but the "door" that "divides" the toilet from the rest of the hotel room is lightly frosted glass with absolutely no seal - there is a one inch gap where you can make eye contact with your companion sitting on the couch while you attempt to have a private moment. I understand this is a trend but it has got to end. Truly beautiful hotel otherwise, but rooms meant for more than one person (we were in a suite!!) should provide appropriate privacy for the bathroom."
