Pool not working couldn't take kids swimming was told pool would be out of service for a month. There is no reporting on site. Pillows and sheets had stains had to go out and buy new ones to sleep on. No wifi for internet apparently was down. Will definitely not wanna go back to this hotel again.

Our room was very dirty and unkempt. Stains all over the blankets and filthy bed skirts on both beds. It appeared to be dried up vomit. Did not make a complaint as we were only staying one night and we were across the hall from the 2nd room we booked with family. Will not stay in a quality inn again. No complaints about staff as they were very pleasant during check in.

We loved that this hotel did not charge for pets and that is why we selected it. The room was nice and the mattresses were very comfortable but the bed frame/bed springs were very noisy from even the slightest movement. Also, the guests in the room next to us were talking until 4 am and we were able to hear them which kept us up. The staff was very nice and check in and out was quick and easy.

Unfortunately they had a roof leak right outside the elevator doors on the second floor and we had rain all day on Saturday but I can’t fault them they are at the mercy of contractors. Loved having coffee available all the time.

The only reason I booked this hotel, which was $20 more than the Hampton next door, was because it had a pool. When we got to the hotel to check in, my children wanted to go check out the pool. The pool was DISGUSTING. Algae growing on the bottom, the hand rails were rusted and had algae growing on them, the water was cloudy and nasty. Needless to say, we did not stay there and went next door to the Hampton which was clean and had a great pool.

The food was not what was expected no meat or eggs just a DIY waffle. And they put us in dirty room with a candle from the last occupant and they had the nerve to have the other bed without sheets not made and put the clean sheets that were for the other bed on the clean bed

We could not get out of our door into the hallway. WE WERE LITERALLY LOCKED IN OUR ROOM! If there had been a fire, I shudder to think what would've happened. When I expressed my concern to the staff member, he showed no true concern.

Property was stated to have a gym and pool but both were closed and unusable which is disappointing, because I was hoping to use those facilities and therefore paid for the hotel rooms in expectation that I would get to use them. Breakfast was also advertised but all they had were waffles, cereal, coffee, and tea. Very small selection. The shower water was also generally cold and didn't output enough hot water. Rooms were also very spacious and not like the advertised photos and therefore very cold as a result. Overall not enough amenities to make my visit worth it. At least the beds were clean and had zero bedbugs.

I initially booked this hotel because it was rated an 8 or better. After arriving I could immediately tell this was only a 6.8 at best. The price was affordable, but that's about it. The clerk was helpful, as he had to change my room twice, because the first room was still dirty from the previous guest and the second room smelled like cigar as soon as you open the door. Although I didn't have breakfast, it was included with the booking. If you're looking for something to just sleep for a night, this is probably the place. But I wouldn't stay more than a night if I was traveling with my family.

If you need a cheap place for one night to stay, this place could work for you. Staff was friendly and a lovely cleaning lady helped us get into the room, we were having trouble getting in. But I think that was more of a me problem. The room was okay. I had to lift up the door with the handle to lock it, kinda sketched me out. They sweep the dirt from the rooms into the hallways to then vacuum it up. We booked everything from Expedia so the checking in and out part barely took more than a few moments. Bathrooms looked and smelled clean. The beds were okay, pretty average for a hotel. I did get deterred when I found someone else's hair on my pillow. The fitted sheets were put onto the bed inside out. I dont know if thats normal for hotels, or if its cleaners just being lazy and dont want to put new sheets on the bed? I've only stayed at a handful of hotels throughout my life.
