Bed and Breakfast in Northeastern Ontario

"the room was in the basement"

"Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was very spacious but everything is very dated and room was pretty cold. Breakfast was good. Parking lot is great. We asked to have our room cleaned and it was not but they came and took our garbage and gave us our new towels. "

"Need more variety "

"I had a Queen room booked and was given two double beds, when I showed my reservation from expedited to the man at the desk he said it was because I booked through expedited and they didn’t have any other room available for us. My husband and I each got our own bed which I guess wasn’t so bad but I did find the beds not very comfortable. Carpets definitely need to be changed. "

"We had a great time, will come back. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub."

"Staff were I able to answer why my bill was $300over what I was quoted when I reserved. I will never stay here again. "

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom King room that also had a queen size Murphy bed. The room was large, comfortable and a great space to relax and spend time with family. We loved the view of the lake! "

"Was a rough stay to start the stay off with a big winter storm. Hotel definitely was not equipped with snow removal equipment. Multiple cars stuck in parking lot and a snowblower didn’t even show up till 4pm. Side doors were not shovelled well at all and it’s a good thing an ambulance did not have to come to the property as there is no way it would have got in. Customers safety has to come first but we were made to feel as though it did not matter. Surprised how hotels ran considering it is a Marriott property. Overall not impressed."
