"Cottage was lakefront, view was great. Washroom a little tight. Had rain all night when we stayed and lots of killer mosquitoes next day. Still reeling from mosquito bites lol. Pack good amount of repellents if planning to stay. Very serene and quiet for relaxation. Only twelve minutes drive from town of Espanola. Mark and his dad were were very accommodating and communicative. Overall, it was great."

"Lots of space at home and well-equipped! We were 5 adults, a 3 year old and a 10 month old, and a big dog, and we all had a great time. The host is very responsive as well and there are a lot of guides at the place that can help you navigate around. Great option for a family vacation!"

"Damp smell throughout the house especially in the basement, there are 3 bedrooms at the main level and 2 bedrooms in the basement. The bedrooms in the basement were not used because there were many earwigs. As a result two adults slept on the couch in the living room. The kitchen was not cleaned. The dishwasher was not usable. Very dirty. We washed manually the dishes. The coffee maker did not work. We have used mostly paper plates and cups that luckily we brought from home. There was no air...

"I stayed at this cottage for three weeks in April while I was working in the area, and it was everything I was looking for, plus more. The location is convenient and the view of the bay is spectacular. The cottage was very clean upon arrival. Also, having the barbecue available to use was a huge bonus! The hosts were pleasant, friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a home base for adventures on this beautiful island."

"We used the cottage has a home base to explore all that Tobermory had to offer. It’s a great location to all the main attractions of the area( 15mins into town) Communication with the owner was always quick and we didn’t have any issues during our rental. "Wow... Just wow. We as a couple looked through a lot of different options in the area, and Stone Cove offered so much bang for your buck that we just couldn't resist it! A mere 30mins walk away from Tobermory's main harbour, the Cove offered not only fantastic views but equally great food, comfortable room and safety as well (especially from bugs). We had access to a great variety of food; a choice of up to 5 items which we tried our best to sample and try. Though it may sound small, the breakfasts are nutritious and filling, often we went into the late afternoon with no desire to eat! A common space with tea, coffee, and some utensils ready for you is all we needed! Having brought microwaveable meals, and eating out on one day, it saved us money and the hassle of cleaning dishes too. The entire Evo Team was pleasant to live around with, even though we rarely saw them, their value in being unseen yet felt was assuring. I highly recommend it for everyone seeking a quiet week, far away from the murmur of metropolises."
