Shelby was extremely helpful, professional & courteous. The room was spacious, bathroom & toilet was nicely seperate. Good lighting, very hot water & good water pressure in the shower. Good free wifi. Lovely scenic views from the room overlooking Launceston. Convenient to town. An enjoyable affordable stay, highly recommended.

The coach house was an old building with no lifts and a very steep parking area which made it difficult to walk in. The reception was down a steep driveway. Also our room key was given to another guest who came into our room while we were there. The problem was rectified by staff but really should not have happened

The Manager, Shelby was an amazing person. She was so accommodating and lovely. She Upgraded us for our Honeymoon and was so friendly. The room was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this accommodation and its staff. We had a great time.

We had a fantastic stay, very helpful staff and great location. Had a small problem with the shower and it was fixed within hours! Room was spacious and had a lovely view.

Bad parking on slope car doors can easily hit car next to yours. Cigarette butts in drain near room entry No toaster Couldn't open any windows. Would not reccommend this motel

The location was high up which has a great view over a part of Launceston. The rooms over the reception desk have been renovated however the rooms at the back of the property were old and dated. At night you could hear people in the next door rooms going to the bathroom or moving furniture around.

Try "NO" Dining! Car Park (for me was a nightmare). Very steep for someone aged 75 with a Heart condition. I had to get a gentleman to re-park my Car because it "bottomed-out" in first Parking Space I entered near Reception. I found the Oil Heater in the Room "difficult" to use. Room would benefit from Face Washers, and a "second" Bathmat to use in Bath for someone my age to stand on as it's an "Over-Bath" Shower. The Bed was clean and comfortable. I was pleased to have a Microwave in the Room to heat a "Heat Bag" for my back after a long day's Drive. The very BEST part of the stay was the Staff - both Reception girls were wonderfully helpful and looked after me extremely well. May Puttman (Stayed o/night on 16/10/2023)

Didn’t like steep parking area, no lift to top floor, rubbish bins on the end of the floors not emptied for days. Shower over the bath, believe that although the rates were reasonable that the place needs an upgrade.

You get what you pay for here. It's not modern or fancy by any measure. However, it's clean, comfy, and quiet. The bed is fine, the TV works and the shower is hot. What else could you want for this price point? I will visit again!
