"The property was well kept and that was impressive; however, the outlet in Room 204 near the closet did not work. The waste basket was left full for the two days we were in the room. The maid service came to our room and said she did not speak English but would return with her cell phone to translate. The maid service did not return with her cell phone to translate. For two days, we looked at a waste basket that needed to be empty."

"The toilet is to low to the ground. It's a safety hazard in the room we stayed. It's was small like a child toilet. King size bed was bouncy when layed in it. One towel in our was dirty that we came across. The food in Shades was good for the price. The breakfast in Vision was not hot for waffles sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs. The price was responsible. A hidden gem that was reproposed from American Optical Factory to a hotel. Enjoyable stay for one night."

"We were very pleased and impressed with the dining experience and dining room staff. The buffet meal for our Group Dinner was wonderful. The Breakfast Buffet and to-order omelet station easily satisfied all our group guests. Front desk and management were very nice to work with, particularly considering the turmoil caused by the World Cup. Super convenient location, right off Interstate 495. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The cocktail bar staff did a great job and the bar was stocked with all our group desired. Will definitely consider this hotel for future group gatherings."
