"After an initial issue in gaining access as code for door entry hadn't been activated and the emergency number didn't extend for assistance after 5.0pm, arriving at 8.30pm we would have been stumped without getting help from a neighbour opposite who thankfully had the owners personal number which on contacting the door access code was set within 15minutes. Our stay was very good after this initial hiccup and we would stay at the property again. "

"What a lovely place to stay in the heart of England. Supremely comfortable bed, and many thoughtful touches. Everything you could want was there and the property was within easy reach of Leamington Spa and Warwick. Particularly appreciated the EV charger."

"We booked here for a weekend to attend a friend's wedding and had a wonderful stay. Finch Cottage is great - there is so much thoughtful attention to detail throughout the property. It has a well-stocked kitchen and Jilly had left delicious homemade marmalade and muesli which we were very grateful for, not to mention the bottles of wine and a local ale! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and everything is really well considered. It has a lovely fireplace with more than ample wood...

"The house was spacious, cosy, and welcoming and we were enjoying our stay.Unfortunately, our experience was ruined on the last day due to an honest mistake with the check out date. We thought it was Saturday at 10 but it was actually Friday. When we got a call around 1pm asking why our belongings were still there we rushed back (about 20 minutes away) to pack up.When we arrived, the owners were cleaning and were shockingly rude. "Front door is 5 yards from busy A43. Contacted owner for key code Friday am for Friday stay did not reply till 14.21 Sunday. Builders next door Hammering just after 7 Saturday and Monday. Cover on front bed filthy. Toilet seat not attached correctly. No logs provided for log burner or tools. Welcome pack not as advertised no wine no milk no eggs no crisps small loaf. Outside area no parasols cushions left outside dirty and cigarette burn, and a broken chair. Broken glass in cupboard. Very noisy...
