"This property was extremely comfortable, clean and roomy. We were in College Station to celebrate our granddaughter's graduation from medical school and this location was convenient for family to gather. The three bedrooms were large, wonderful dining areas, both inside and outside, and kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked with necessities. The separate game room and outside activities' areas were great. We would absolutely stay again."

"Pros: great location for a College Station stay, near the highway and University Dr., close to restaurants, and Texas A&M, the place was clean Cons: Check out is at 10 am, an unfavorable time to check out compared to the majority of hotels and short term rentals, if you want a later check out you will be charged $30, the dryer did not work, was not able to use that during our stay, the bathroom that was not attached to the bedroom had standing water in the tub while you were taking a shower"

"We needed a place to stay to watch family coming in from out of state play in a basketball tournament. The location is convenient to a lot of places."

"Plenty of parking, clean, everything worked properly. We rented the cottage along with the 4BD house to have enough space for family from 3 generations & 3 States to converge & celebrate one member receiving their MD+PhD. This was our 2nd time to rent the 4BD house - liked it so much we rented again, & this time rented also rented the 1BD cottage. For those of you who regularly rent, you will know how wonderful & rare it is to be able to state that of 4 toilets & 3 showers, every single one...

"We stayed here with my brother and family (4 adults and 7 kids). The space worked really well for us. The game room is an added bonus when traveling with kids and the TV are provided the perfect gaming space. It would help if there were a few extra blankets as each bed only has one thin blanket and some within our party were cold/missed the weight of a real comforter. Additionally, the fridge could use a deep cleaning! Overall though, the house worked well and was as advertised!"

"The apartment was perfect for our short trip to College Station. It was clean, quiet, and the beds were good. There is a nice walking park and dog park just down the hill. The apartment is a basic, college-type apartment. Nothing fancy, but functional and clean. I recommend some patio chairs to be able to use the balcony deck. Good communication with the host!"

"Here from Dallas to get my hair done by my daughter… place is a small space but doesn’t feel small! Loved it… only issue was code to enter was not working but host was was extremely responsive and ver kind!"

"What a perfect place to enjoy calm in the midst of graduation festivities. Debby keeps a clean, very well stocked home. The two bedrooms on one side and one on the other suited us well. Lots of sitting areas, both inside and outside, were appreciated. Very hospitable touches were found throughout. Great area for my morning walks as well and a short drive to campus and close to the HEB. Thank you, Debby!!"
