The room was delightful and the front desk staff couldn’t be more helpful. The dining room knocked a star off my rating. Breakfast appeared to be operated by people who never had such a meal.

Toaster only works on one side of the slice.
Eggs, avocado, smoked salmon never met before arriving on the plate; no salt or pepper, lemon or a sprig of dill or some other herb. Plain food it is and at a price!

We spent the most wonderful day in the moors, hired a car and drove around, saw some beautiful villages and the countryside was picturesque.
