A nicely appointed three-bedroom, 1 ¾ bath, two-level townhouse in Alpine Village with updated flooring throughout. Enter the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. Relax in front of the flat screen television in the living area, or choose something different at the enlarged kitchen counter with its own TV. The dining area has seating for four with three seats at the kitchen counter. The full kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave as well as a stacked washer and dryer, while just off the kitchen is a 3/4 bath. Step through the door beyond onto the spacious deck with an expansive lawn view.
On the second level, you will find three bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom offers a queen bed, the second bedroom a set of bunk beds, and the third also has a queen and AC.

Enjoy your membership in The Nordic Inn Club. Indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, co-ed dry sauna, and fitness room. (Nordic is approximately 2.6 mi drive)

Alpine Village is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Merland's Tap and Table, and the Pemi Public House. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Please note: Alpine Village Townhouses only offer one parking space.
Dogs are welcome in this unit, there is a $50 + tax one-time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed. (small dogs only please).
The Nordic Inn pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
Alpine Village does not offer a ski shuttle service.
This unit has three air conditioners: one in the living room, and one in each queen bedroom.

Checking out the fall colors

Our family was looking around at possibly making a weekend out of a trip to Polly's. I didn't expect to find anything that met our needs within our excursion budget when we came across this condo. It was perfect on paper, and delivered in person. The house was spotless as we walked in, and every room had all the amenities needed for our stay. The back deck was amazing, and the kitchen had all the tools needed for us to cook. The town is adorable, with fun shops and places to eat. We'll be back again, and with more time to enjoy the house and the area.

Great Place in a great location

This is such a lovely place! Super clean and comfortable. The upstairs carpet is new and cozy. Beds are very comfortable. It has everything you need. The back door leads to an huge open space of grass, perfect for small children and to walk a dog. The pool club is pretty close and very nice to have access to. It’s located close to everything. Clarks Bears, Lost River Gorge, Whales Tail, downtown Woodstock and Lincoln. The only downside was that we were there during a heatwave and had to have the air conditioning running at all times which was quite noisy. We also had to empty the water out of them throughout the night. Not the owners fault, it was unseasonably hot and humid and I don’t think anyone’s ac could keep up that week. Would definitely recommend and come back to this condo in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We frequently travel to New Hampshire and stay in various Alpine Village units. This is our second stay at the particular Unit. It's clean, comfortable, offers everything my family of four needs, and is pet friendly. The unit does have a couple minor issues. Just about all the door knobs in the place need to be replaced. They are either loose or just dont work properly. We also went at a very hot and humid time and the AC units could not keep up. They kept filling with water which became a pain to keep emptying every couple hours. I wouldn't recommend this unit if it's going to hot outside. Otherwise it's a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice unit, however it was not prepared for our visit. There were no sheets on the beds or towels in the unit. These were brought to us and the beds were made a few hours after we arrived though. The main issue that was very disappointing was that there was construction going with the siding so there was loud banging for three days starting early in the AM. Additionally, we couldn't use our porch until the last day because of this. For the amount of money paid, this should have been communicated to us or we should have been moved to a different unit.

The entire neighborhood was very dog friendly. The townhouse had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We liked the thermostats in every room and the gas fireplace in the living was great. It looked like the carpeting had recently been replaced and the kitchen was in great shape. Room for improvement:It was too chilly to sit on the back deck but we wouldn’t have anyway because it felt rotten in many places. The shower curtain liner in the upstairs bathroom was stained and torn. And our pool instructions didn’t say to bring towels with us. We went to use the pool and had to go back to get towels.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and well appointed. the location was great. The property manager, Linda was very responsive. Our only issue was that one of the three bedrooms did not have an air conditioning unit- and we were the in 90 degree weather. I would still stay there again.

The inside set up allows room for everyone to have their space. It's clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Having a kitchen allows for savings as we were able to bring some of our own food like breakfasts and snacks. We will definitely be staying here again!

The pool was 3 miles away at different property. The way they portrayed that the pool is close by we in fact it wasn’t the condo needs a lot of updates back porch. Wood is rotted. You could easily get splinter. If you walk out there barefoot the grill was completely dirty and it burned for half an hour With all the back door screen was scotch tape to the door frame overall it was worth the money, but the pictures in the pool issue was not clear in the offerings on the site

The townhome had everything we needed. The property manager and owner were very accommodating. It’s nice to also have access to the pool gym and spa at the Nordic inn. We would definitely book with them again in the future.
