FAMILY VICTORIAN BEACH HOUSE located just three blocks to beach and boardwalk in North Wildwood. The home is one of the oldest homes on Wildwood Island. Large wrap porch with adirondack chairs, wicker chairs and rocking chairs. Unlike other rentals the kids have space and more importantly parents have space to enjoy coffee on the porch in the morning and cocktails at night while the kids are watching TV inside just a windows view away. We rent only full weeks Saturday to Saturday.

The perfect vacation location which is easy to walk to beach and boardwalk while far enough away to enjoy the peaceful evenings on the porch.

The home boasts comforts of home with large living room, formal dining room, 2 nice sized bathrooms and room to stretch. Smoking only permitted on the porch. Call us today to check availability and price. House address is 123 East 25th Ave. North Wildwood.

The floors are wall-to-wall carpet! After soaking up the sun at the beach, come home and rinse in enclosed outside showers then relax and sit at dusk on your private front porch enjoying yourself while the children are inside watching tv or playing in the yard. Plenty of room where the kids can enjoy themselves and allowing you some space to enjoy your downtime. The Wildwoods are also famous for their Friday night fireworks right on the beach. You can view the fireworks from the front porch.

Plenty of seating for everyone while nice sized rooms allow plenty of space for relaxation and comfort.
Ceiling fan in the living room along with fireplace and French Doors which lead to a dining room that seats 8 comfortably at the table. Five nice sized bedrooms and two full baths. Br1 King bed, BR2 Full Size bed, BR3 two twins, BR4 two twins, BR5 3 twins.

There is a cleaning service who will clean the home upon departure of tenants. Cleaning Fee will be taken from security if home requires additional cleaning upon departure i.e. rugs requiring shampooing. Tenants are expected to leave home in reasonably clean fashion or pay the additional excessive cleaning fee for a service. We want you to enjoy the home as if it was yours.

Prefect family vacation

The house was great for the 9 of us. Plenty of room. Kitchen upgrades are great. Walk to beach was about 10mins but very easy. Porch is beautiful and pefect for nighttime relaxing; and fireworks on Friday! Parking can be ticky as the street fills up on weekends , but manageable Host was so responsive and friendly

Perfect porch sitting

The porch was the perfect place to relax and gather as a family at all points during the day. We really appreciated the renovated kitchen and large dining room. Great location, close to the beach and boardwalk!

Perfect place for our family of young adult children. Enjoyed celebrating anniversary & birthdays!

The house is conveniently located within walking distance from the beach. Host provided beach chairs and umbrella which was very convenient! The wraparound porch is the perfect place to watch the fireworks. On street parking was plentiful. A lovely home with many nice comfy beds.

Great family vacation house!

This house worked well for our family! It had dual zone air conditioning, an updated kitchen with everything you needed to cook, and five bedrooms which was good for us. We had all adult children, some of whom were single and others who were coupled. As others have said, the front porch is a real bonus for coffee in the morning and happy hour after a long day at the beach! Just having two bathrooms and showers was a little tricky, but we managed and staggered coming off the beach. The outdoor showers had only cold water, but we still used them to rinse off. Street parking was no problem and free all along that block as we had five different cars down there. It was a little more of a walk to the boardwalk and beach than anticipated, but it was fine. The Friday night fireworks were great to finish off the week. We were able to watch them right from the porch! All in all a nice house and a great week!

We had a wonderful time! This property gave us plenty of space for our vacation with extended family and had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was small with limited storage for groceries but that didn't really bother us. Would stay again!

Beautiful and spacious beach home. This home had everything that we needed and was a short walk to the beach. The porch was the best feature! We would definitely rent this home again for our family.

The Porch Perfect Vacation

The owner is very accommodating. We had an excellent week spending much of our time on the breezy and oversized wrap-around porch. The kitchen was outdated but had everything we needed. A few updates would help but overall, we truly enjoyed our stay!
