Steps away from Morey's Surfside Pier, water park, and Boardwalk. No need to cross any street. This is the best location you can ask for. Great for two or three families to share or for family reunions.

This Magnificent townhouse is located at the corner of 25th ave and surf ave. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 fULL Baths plus a 1/2 bath.
You occupy all three floors which means that there are no noisy footsteps overhead or below. Your entrance and your garage are private for this unit only. No sharing.
Three bedrooms are located on the top floor. Master Suite features a King Size bed, walk-in closet, and a full bathroom.
The second bedroom features a Queen Size bed and closet, and 3rd bedroom features two Full beds with a closet. Second Full Bath.
The Den, 4th bedroom is located on the first floor featuring a Queen size bed and Twin over Twin Trundle.
Sleeping accommodation for up to 13 people. Maximum occupancy 10 for all adults or 13 (adults & children) with 1 king, 2 Queen, 2 Full, 2 Twin size beds, and 1 Twin size futon.
2nd Floor features Hardwood floor, a fully stocked Kitchen with a new cabinet, granite countertop, and Stainless Steel appliances. Dining Room, Living Room with 50" flat screen TV, Nook, and open balcony with deck equipment.

This townhouse was outstanding! Clean, pleasant to be in and only one block from the boardwalk. We had family members from ages 4 to 68 and everyone was comfortable and happy! We will return for many summers to come!

Great location!
This house is in the absolute ideal location for a family vacation (less than a 5 min walk from the boardwalk, the beach, a water park, and an amusement park) - and the condo complex has a pool - WOW! We had a great week and Jimmy was incredibly responsive when we needed to contact him. This was our first visit to Wildwood, but definitely won't be our last!

First rental vacation...fantastic
We were a multigenerational group..my husband and myself with our son, daughter in law and 2 grandchildren. We truly enjoyed the condo especially the balcony for talking. The shortcut to the beach on 24th street under the boardwalk was a great find thanks to a previous review! Jimmy was responsive by text and answered all questions. Beach wonderful..one of best we have visited. Boardwalk close but no noise reached us. It provided lots of things to do and people working there really friendly. The only drawback was the many stairs but we got good at limiting trips up and down. First floor was a big hit with teenager! Sand toys in cabinet in garage...don't forget to look. Plenty of room for all and very comfortable. Every effort made to make guests welcome. Easy to keep clean and to leave it as sparkling as we found it.

We really enjoyed our stay!!!
The townhouse had plenty of space. Lots of stairs though.The beach and boardwalk were very close to the property. Very easy to go back and forth. Don't worry about parking plenty to choose from. Easy to communicate with owner. In fact he was there to greet us. Would recommend!

Great place.
2nd hear here. Jimmy is local and very responsive, comes right over for any issues. Management unexpectedly drained the pool mid week, not sure why but they had it refilled within 24 hours (keep your glassware away from the pool deck people...)
Home is nicely appointed and location is stellar. Be prepared to spend some $$ on that boardwalk, it is only steps away and the beach is as close as you can get.

This townhome is perfect for large family
Best location in town. Beach block and Closest to everything. Just steps to all the activities and beach. Owner is very friendly and the place feels like home. Townhome is the best way to go so you don't hear your neighbors.

Fun For Four Generations
My family of 12 people ages 4 yrs old to 80 yrs old Loved our vacation at this North Wildwood Townhome. Great Location! Walk down 25th St. to the Boardwalk and the Amusement Pier is right there. Walk down 24th St. under the Boardwalk and there is a walkway over the sand down to the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for all of us plus our friends who came over for dinner. We also had fun around the dining room table playing cards and games. We loved relaxing out on the Balcony each morning with coffee and the newspaper and I know a few of us even took naps out there. The house was very clean and roomy, the bedrooms are all a good size and everyone felt right at home here. Jimmy the owner is very hands on and even met us at the house at check in and check out. Rent this home, invite friends and family and you will have the best vacations ever

Great family vacation and excellent location.
We have multiple families visiting Wildwood every year and finding a large condo to accommodate us is always a challenge. This property has plenty of beds and is very roomy. The location is the probably the best you can find. Beach block and right in the middle of everything, boardwalk, amusement rides, water park, and beach. Will recommend to families with children.
