2 bedroom, 1 bath, North Wildwood beach cottage!

  • Recently renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath beach cottage, steps to North Wildwood ACME, recreational complex and popular Salty Mermaid restaurant. Just a few short blocks to the free NWW beaches and the famous Wildwood boardwalk. Enter the home with a nice size living room with a twin size new sofa. The rear of the property you find two good size bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath with a tiled shower stall. Fully equipped kitchen with newly installed refrigerator and stove, microwave, stackable washer and dryer with Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy the summer breezes on the newly constructed front porch! Owner is open to seasonal, monthly or weekly tenants. Great place for not breaking the budget!

    The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Linen package will be left at the entry door of the property on arrival day, you can request for an additional fee of $150.00 to have the beds made prior to your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Bed Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.



    VRBO is a property advertising website. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.



    The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

Cute Beach Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed with my mom for a few days and it was perfect for us. It is within walking distance to Acme and the bay and far enough from the boardwalk that it was quiet at night. The neighbors were great and we enjoyed sitting on the porch and taking in the salt air. It is a bit small but was perfect for two people. Thanks for a great stay!

Just what we needed

Such a quaint little house. My husband and I brought our daughter and her two friends to go to the country music fest. The original house we rented got flooded and we had to find another place to stay. This house was just what we needed. We wanted to be close enough to get to the beach and boardwalk daily. We didn’t spend much time in the house as we were at the beach and festival. Having 5 people was tight so I having six will be super crammed. Make sure to bring cooking items, dishes/paper plates annd bowls, and utensils as there wasn’t much there. Luckily we brought all paper and plastic items as well a griddle but there wasn’t a cookie sheet, spatulas, measuring cups, mixing bowls etc so we had to get creative. We didn’t mind though. We had a great time there and the booking was so easy. Working with the host was great and my questions were answered right away.
