Absolutely loved this place, even my grandchildren, they loved the animals, friendly goat face in the mornings, coming inside to say hello, the emus, lamb/sheep, kangaroos.
Overall a great stay.
It was a very relaxing experience from the raw beauty of the area, friendly animals and the rustic house with clean facilities and modern comforts. The host was friendly and accommodating. Our large group had a lovely time and would love to visit again.
We had a lovely time playing Uno on the deck while watching the baby goats play below! The cabin was clean and tidy with comfy beds. Loved the stay, we will be back again!
Thank you,
Rory and Mackenzie
This cabin was such a great choice for us. It was just like the pictures; pretty clean and the beds were really confortable.
We loved the resident alpaca who kept guard under our house.
The scenery and location were magical.
The owners live on site and left us to ourselves but were always friendly and helpful.
Great stay!
We were sitting out on the verandah drinking our morning coffee and we heard the most beautiful violin music. It was perfect, the sun just raising, stunning view and music. Definitely come back again!
The managers were helpful, the place was the perfect getaway. If you require movies they have some and offered more but there is no tv. We took some board games and we had the perfect family holiday. Make sure you go on the wow estuary tour it is unbelievable. Many thanks to our hosts
We had a most enjoyable stay in our cosy cabin. Jim and Maria were great hosts and did what they could to make sure we were comfortable and well informed. The various animals were a delight and very entertaining. One highlight for me was the stars on the first night. Amazing! This is a great place to leave it all behind.
The setting at Walpole Wilderness Cabins could not be better. It is quiet, back in the forest. The cabins are clean and well-kept. We've been visiting for almost 20 years and they are still the same as the first time we visited. There are new owners who are very nice and very helpful. Their son Xavier gave us a great violin concert!
We enjoyed our stay very much.
Uncomplicated, not pretentious and an outstanding level of care from Maria and Jim. Beautiful honest people, great clean chalets, boardgames and daggy DVDs to really enhance a chilled vibe. Well done guys.
