"Great location on the beach with back deck to the stairs to heaven This home is absolutely the best Beachy decorated home at Topsail inside and out. Easy to pack all your gear in the elevator up to the floor you need. Perfect for me and my wife but has lots of room for many guests. Very clean and beautiful . This is a must stay or you will miss out! "

"It was actually half a condo, a very small space. The bed was very comfortable, but there was no comfortable seating. It would be nicer if the bunk beds were replaced with a comfortable futon or sleep sofa/ loveseat. Frank and Diane were both very nice and helpful. It’s listed as dog friendly but the villa is not very accommodating to dogs. The beach access for dogs was a narrow path between a row of bushes. Overall it was clean but the toilet could use a thorough scrubbing and it didn’t flush very well. The kitchen area is extremely small. The plates didn’t even fit in the tiny sink. "

"I cannot speak highly enough about this rental. The host provided detailed instructions for easy check in and the rental itself was perfect. It had everything that we needed and more. It was very clear the host cares greatly about the comfort of the guests. The area was quiet and the beach was a short walk away. I can’t wait to plan my next visit!"

"This is such a beautiful home. EVERYTHING and then some is provided. The entire house flows with a navy blue and white theme. The amount of games that were provided in the home was amazing to have. You can tell Michelle the host has put so much thought in every tiny detail. The beds are some of the most comfortable that I’ve ever found in a vacation stay, we were actually sad to leave the bed and pillows!! The outdoor doggy turf area and crate are extra bonuses that were much appreciated. Every kitchen tool you’d ever need is there was well. We will definitely be staying again and also hopefully checking out one of Michelle’s mountain homes as well."

"Everything was wonderful!! Great location and view of the ocean! My only hiccup was that the bunk beds are made more so for kids, not anyone adult size as it’s very shallow from one bunk to the one above and can’t stretch out. The sofa pull out mattress is very springy which the alternative of the couch is again the leg room is not there for an adult size person. Everything else was great. Master bedroom mattress was wonderful! The walls are also very thin making for a lot of noise which woke us up a few times from the people above. All in all, made the most of it and very responsive host! "
