We had a great stay at stardust, although a little dated on outside, rooms were very clean an comfortable. It was a good stay for what we were looking for.

The motel is old but the room was clean. The bathroom is updated and also very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We felt safe as the other guests were also families. We would do a short stay there again.

It was a pit. The doorjamb showed signs of being kicked in and partially repaired with sheet rock screws. Did not feel like a safe place to stay.

Low-key, not fancy, family-run motel

Yes, the photos are a bit deceiving. Based on reviews, I expected to be horrified, but our stay was not bad at all. It's a bit run down, but it looks like they are trying to make improvements. The furniture in our room could use a little tlc, but there was a/c; a microwave, and the bathroom was updated. Sheets were clean and no bad smell in our room, though the reception area did smell a bit like curry! I would stay here again under the same circumstances.

This is a family-owned motel, conveniently located near rt 95. The owner has put his heart into renovations and gardening. There is a nice hillside view of the natural environment surrounding the place so there is no feeling of being so near to the highway, and he has a nice picnic area and special plants he tends. The room was spacious with plenty of counter space. Although there is no breakfast provided at the motel, the mini mart just down the road had a good selection of freshly made food and coffee that was delicious and inexpensive. There is also a Dunkin Donuts next door as an alternative breakfast choice.

I've stayed here about a dozen times over the last year both on Business and Personal and have always enjoyed my stay. The Room Rates are reasonable, the location is convenient, the Check-in / Check-out is easy, the Rooms are clean and the Staff is very friendly.

The rooms are always very clean and the service from the owner is consistently outstanding. The pricing is very reasonable and the location is perfect for our weekend getaways to the beach, the casino, Newport and Mystic.

I was very impressed with staff. Everyone was very friendly and very nice. Other than a a little dust, the motel was perfect. I'd recommend the Stardust to anyone thats looking for an inexpensive place to stay!

We had a last minute booking and our stay was very easy and comfortable. The beds were lovely and the blankets were warm. The bathroom was huge and they give you individual control of the temperature in the room. It is near amenities and right off the freeway so easy to find.
