Vila Espirit

House very clean and comfortable with fantastic beach front views! Rum Point a short 10 minute drive. Great stay and first time visit to Grand Cayman.

Great place!

Very peaceful side of the island and close to rum point and starfish beaches. Views and private beach were fantastic. Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect family vacation spot

Spent the week here with our two college aged children… perfect for time together. Great house which is located right on the beach with amazing blue water out every window.

Amazing Views

We loved the house and the views were spectacular. We enjoyed spending time relaxing at the pool and exploring the island from here. The house is awesome and just steps from the water and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the kayak and you could snorkel but it is rocky and not the sandy beach like 7 mile beach so you may need to wear shoes. We did go to 7 mile beach one day for a more swimmable beach area but that was only about 45 minutes away. This location is perfect for a more quiet atmosphere. There were enough places close for dinner options as well. Wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

Amazing!

What a beautiful home, property, and beach! The beds were very comfortable and linens were nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make drinks to cooking and grilling meals. The snorkeling was great right off the beach! The pool was wonderful! Definitely recommend this property for vacationing.

Picture Perfect

Villa Esprit is every bit as good as the photos suggest. A beautiful home in a beautiful location with all the amenities one could want. Don's miss out on using the snorkeling gear to explore the reef just off shore!

Great views

We had a great stay. Kayaks, boogie boards and lots of board games available. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Bring water shoes the beach is rocky. Also get groceries from Fosters by the airport. Dont forget to hit the Tuka bar restaurant the fish tacos are wonderful.

This property is flawless. The home and pool are immaculate! Beachfront and crystal clear waters literally when you step outside! We would recommend this property to anyone! It was private and peaceful and our kids had the time of their lives!

Warm & peaceful

We were 2 families visiting for the 1st time - the home was well stocked and beautful . We enjoyed the quiet beach and canoes . The pool was cool lit up at night by lights . We had plenty of room and everything was super clean . You need a car as walking or bikes are not an option based on the house location .the freezer was not producing ice and we could not get it to open . That was the only fault of our stay .We would reccomend this house for families that enjoy some quiet time & a beautiful home . The games were also a huge memory making time .

Wonderful spot

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were looking for a place to disconnect and relax. This place certainly delivered. The overall property is gorgeous. Very well maintained and clear pride in ownership. We were very happy with the North Shore. We had contemplated going to 7 mile, but we were very happy we did not. Very different vibe on that side of the island and not at all what we were looking for for this trip. We would recommend.

Slice of heaven!!!

This property did not disappoint. There is not a bad place to be while here. Huge windows and direct visibility of the ocean at all times makes it a gem. Snorkeling straight out from the house and an easy drive to several great restaurants and locations. We will be back!

Peaceful paradise!!

Loved our stay at Villa Espirit! We chose to stay on the quiet side of the island and so glad we did! The house was amazing and just as pictured! Highly recommend snorkeling right off the beach! Had a great time visiting the local restaurants and rum point. Mitzie was incredibly responsive and helpful! We will be back!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect! Beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is maybe have someone come each morning to clean the beach up. There was a lot of seaweed, and trash on the beach, so you had to be careful while you stepped.

Great house for 5 ladies to have a family reunion.

This property was excellent. They provided everything we needed to have a fabulous time in paradise. This house is situated on the quiet side of the island and it was perfect for us. There is a small grocery store, right down the road. This was very convenient for our group. There is also a good number of good restaurants, that aren’t a far drive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Nice Home, But Inconvenient

This was a nice home to stay in, It was pretty clean and had everything we needed. It is out of the way (30min. from most activities), but that can be a good thing too. The beach was nice (rocky and sandy) and the snorkeling right out of the back door was nice. No major complaints, we would just stay a little closer to town as a personal preference next time if we are with our family.

Incredible

I enjoy the local climate. Seclusion and an amazing view of the Carribean. The property is 100 percent accurate. If, you want the ability to enjoy the local culture of shopping and moving around at your own pace. Look no further. Our experience was full of utilizing the cayaks, gear, and bbq pit. Rest assured. If, you are into travel and wish to visit Grand Cayman Island you will surely enjoy this gem. Foster's grocery will serve you well.

A nice visit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is pretty close to what you see in the pictures. We didn't have the best weather during our stay, so being so far away (an hour drive) from the west side (and the action/shopping/sites) was unfortunate. The house was nice and quite modern but the proximity to the road and the noise was bothersome. The 2 piece bathroom off the pool area and the foot washing station were nice features. We spend most of our vacation outdoors lounging and aside from pool lounge chairs, the only other option were essentially kitchen chairs, so not ideal for reading a book. As you can see from the reviews, many people love this property, but it just wasn't for us.

Great relaxing getaway

My husband and I loved our stay at Villa Esprit. It was very relaxing and had amazing views. The house was just as it looked in the photos. We absolutly loved our stay. Pros: Private location Great kitchen with everything you need Sunrise in the morning was beautiful Morning coffee and views from the living room/dining room, kitchen, bedroom just perfect Cons: Far drive from most attractions - good dining, seven mile beach, shopping etc is about 45-55 min drive Beach by the house - this was nice to look at but not ideal for swimming. The coral was challenging to get in and the snorkeling wasnt great - not a ton to see. It could of just been when we stayed This side of the island was very windy compared to the other side of the island. All in all the house was great - we got massages that came to us! Very nice to relax and recharge! The host was amazing and very responsive!

Gorgeous house, beautiful setting

The house is wonderful! The beach is delightful, and the reef right in front of the house has perfect, magical snorkeling. The pool is great. Perfectly relaxing. Don't leave the front door open when you load in your luggage, because if you leave a door open for more than 90 seconds, the HVAC system resets to 82 degrees. Normally, it's locked at 72 degrees, which is chilly in the bedrooms but still warm in the living room. They should probably replace the fan for a better one in the living room. Mitzie was really helpful, and available by text and phone. North Side is quiet and gorgeous. Very little food delivery available on that part of the island. Foster's isn't too far away and has everything you need. Chisholm's Grocery is just down the street and has a lot more than you'd think! We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Fantastic for the family

Quiet, but easy to get to, it was the best vacation we've ever been on - and that includes our honeymoon!My one critique is that while the beach is sandy, at the waves are a bunch of rock formations (assume dead coral), so bring swim shoes. We bought some at the nearby local grocer, so no big deal there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was no WIFI for the entirety of my stay. This was very upsetting as it was our first vacation away from our toddler, and the lack of WIFI prevented us from video chatting with them regularly. The issue with the wifi was communicated to the Property Manager. The property manager was never able to resolve the issue, and communicated poorly throughout the process. No attempt was made to rectify the issue.
