The living space

The bright, open-plan living area provides plenty of room for everyone to relax together. Sliding doors connect the lounge directly to the private screened pool atrium, creating an easy flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The living room includes a queen-size sofa bed for up to two additional guests. High-speed Wi-Fi supports streaming, remote work and planning your Grand Cayman adventures.

Private screened pool

The pool is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the condo. Its screened enclosure helps reduce mosquitoes and leaves while allowing you to enjoy the warm Cayman air.

The pool deck includes loungers and patio seating for morning coffee, relaxed afternoons and evening drinks beside the water. Pool heating is available at no additional charge.

Kitchen and laundry

The fully equipped kitchen includes the cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils needed to prepare meals at home. Whether you are making breakfast before heading onto the water or enjoying a relaxed family dinner, the kitchen provides a convenient alternative to eating out for every meal.

Split-level layout

The condo is arranged over two levels. The upper king suite is reached by internal stairs, while the lower king suite is located on the main level and opens directly onto the pool deck.

Guests intending to use the upper suite must be comfortable climbing stairs.

Kayaking and watersports

One kayak is provided outside the condo for guests to use. Additional kayaks, paddleboards and other watersports equipment can be rented from operators at Kaibo and Rum Point.

Starfish Point and Bioluminescent Bay are nearby, giving guests easy access to some of Cayman Kai’s most memorable water experiences. Guests should always consider the weather, water conditions and their experience level before launching.

Kaibo Beach Restaurant and Bar is approximately a two-minute walk away for beachfront dining, cocktails and coffee. Starfish Point, Bioluminescent Bay and Rum Point are also nearby, placing some of Grand Cayman’s most distinctive natural experiences within easy reach.

For guests wanting shopping or a day on the west side, the ferry from Kaibo reaches Camana Bay in approximately 25 minutes. But the true appeal of staying here is returning to a private pool, waterfront views and the slower rhythm of Cayman Kai.

This is not the crowded, resort-focused version of Grand Cayman. It is the side visitors choose when they want to experience the island at its most peaceful, intimate and memorable.

Groceries and getting around

Chisholm’s Grocery is approximately a 10-minute drive from the condo for groceries and everyday essentials.

A rental car is strongly recommended for airport transfers, grocery shopping and unrestricted exploration of Grand Cayman. Ferry tickets are purchased separately, and guests should confirm the current Cayman Ferries schedule before travelling.

The right stay for you

Pools of the Kai is best suited to guests who value privacy, water views, natural surroundings and a slower island atmosphere. It may not suit travellers whose priority is nightlife or being surrounded by busy resorts.

For couples, families and friends wanting two king suites, a private pool and a peaceful waterfront base, this is one of Cayman Kai’s most distinctive layouts.
