Kaibo A1 is a beautifully furnished and outfitted first floor (corner / end unit) condo at the Kaibo Yacht Club (Phase 2) in tranquil Cayman Kai, North Side. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is exquisitely furnished, in warm colours. The master bedroom features a king size bed which overlooks the calm North Sound of Grand Cayman with an en-suite bathroom and large storage closet. The guest / 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed with a garden view. For additional guests, there is a sofabed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable and convenient vacation away from home. The condo is equipped with cable TV (surround sound) and high speed (Wi-Fi) internet access as well as an assortment of games and DVDs for the entire family.

Guests will receive a discount on rental vehicles at Economy Car Rental, Grand Cayman. Just be sure to mention that you are staying at Kaibo Condos - A1.

Kaibo Yacht Club is conveniently located right next door (literally a few steps away). The Club includes a marina, beach bar, finer dining restaurant (upstairs) with a rum bar, convenience store (limited hours), and watersports rentals. Every Tuesday evening, the Club offers a beach barbecue with a live band. Additional dining options are available at Rum Point, a quick 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away. One of the island's best restaurants (The Lighthouse) is a 25 minute drive away. Starfish Point is an easy 5 minute walk and is a great place to enjoy a romantic picnic and watch the sunset.

This quiet, laid back area of Grand Cayman is away from the hustle and bustle of George Town / 7 Mile Beach. It offers magnificent sunrises and sunsets over the calm waters of the Caribbean Sea. It makes for a perfect location for a romantic getaway, honeymoon, wedding, relaxing family vacation or simply some time to oneself to rejuvenate and recharge.

Great accomodations and stay at Rum Point. If you're searching for a quiet and relaxing part of the island, this is it. Far enough away from the busy part of the island while still being close to restaurants, diving / snorkeling and various beaches. Highly recommend!

Amazing property in an amazing location. Quiet side of the island and only one hour away from 7 mile beach however a lot to do near rum point!!! We loved our stay!

Slice of Paradise!

We started our trip here before a work conference at SMB, and it was the most relaxing spot. The peaceful days made us not want to leave. The condo has everything you need to feel right at home and the hammocks by the Sound were amazing.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a lovely family holiday at Kaibo Yacht Club. The beach is steps from the porch, the condo is well furnished and was clean upon arrival and the host was very responsive and helpful. We hated to leave this place, such a retreat from the hustle and bustle!

Great Condo at Kaibo

Loved our stay. Blair was a pleasure to deal with and the condo was as advertised - corner unit right on the beach, steps from the restaurant and coffee shop. Great place to base yourself away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach.

Relaxing Stay at Rum Point.

Nice n cozy. Beach is good for water sports but not for swimming. Condo was warm and comfortable. Kaibo restaurant next door is convenient.

Peaceful ocean front condo

This condo was perfect! We loved the private beach. The condo is located directly next door to a great little coffee shop and the Kaibo restaurant. There are several starfish in the water and we had fun searching for them. The feral roosters were great entertainment. Rum Point is very close and the pizza at Rum Point’s restaurant was delicious. If you’re looking to get away from chaos of city life, this is the place to be!

First time at Grand Cayman

We arrived just ahead of Hurricane Beryl but we wanted to stay. Blair was great helping us know what to do to prepare. Everything turned out fine and the condo was great and very conveniently located. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect stay at the North Side of Grand Cayman near Rum Point. The condo is spacious and equipped with everything you might need for a stay with your family. The beach is just in front of the condo, and Starfish Point is within walking distance. This is a tranquil part of the island which we very much appreciated. In September we had the beach on some days completely for us. The owner was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in earlier and stay a couple of hours longer without charging extra. Perfect stay at a perfect place.

Best Trip Ever

Absolutely fantastic stay! The property exceeded all our expectations—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to Rum Point and Starfish Point (short walks), great place to have a boat pick you up for the day, and the beach is steps away. We also used the water taxi. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Will definitely return!

Amazing condo

We stayed at this condo in mid-August and had a wonderful experience. The property was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. The condo is right on the beach, away from busy areas. It's just a short walk to Starfish Point, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Blair was incredibly responsive and quick to reply to any of my messages. Thank you, Blair - we'll definitely be returning!

Peaceful Beachfront Stay with Island Charm

Quaint location at Cayman Kai / Rum Point. The condo is on the ground floor with a lanai that opens right onto the beachfront. It’s conveniently located next door to a great restaurant- the food is definitely worth trying, and we were never disturbed by noise. The property features a nice pool, hot tub, hammock and grill, along with basic necessities for cooking at home. Beach towels and on-site laundry were also a plus. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean, with a charming island feel that added to the experience. The location couldn’t be better; it’s calm, peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Blair, our host, was very easy to reach, prompt, and kind whenever we needed assistance. Although we found it a little tricky to locate initially - even with maps - the area is very safe and quiet. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back!

Home without being at home

Blair is the best!!!! From the moment i started to inquire about staying at his property, Blair has been open and in constant communication with myself! Enjoyable

Had a nice stay. Place was as advertised. Very pleased with location. Had to drive a lot, but that was more by design than a complaint. Kitchen could use a few more amenities for those who cook more. Crowds were small at restaurants, I think we were towards the end of the season. Made for enjoyable meals though, no one was rushed. Just a few minor issues could be addressed ( screen door handles, door blinds, etc) but again, no complaints. Just a few minor observations. Had a blast, and pleased with accommodations. Blair wasn’t needed while we were there, but was helpful in preparation for our stay. Thanks again!

A great break from City Life

This beach condo is exactly as listed, beautiful and well equipped with everything. Blair is a super host from start to finish! We had a senior couple with us a total of 4 and had a truly wonderful relaxing time away from the noise and hussle and bussle of city life in Chicago. It is ideal for those with limited mobility and the surround sound bar for the TV is a plus. There is a good selection of DVDs, we did not see a dvd player and forgot to ask Blair as it was not a big deal to us we were busy enjoying the beach and the island; detoxing from electronics. The AC works really good, cools the place down quickly when we return from a long day outdoors. The maintenance/grounds keepers staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking at the complex was very easy, especially if you have lots of groceries. We liked that there is an electric kettle for the tea drinkers and a coffee pot. The carry out cooler was nice to keep our drinks chilled. We would have stayed 3 weeks but the unit was not available. We did not request maid service so the cordless vacuum was very handy. We definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again in a heart beat!!
