BEAUTIFUL 3 BEDROOM VILLA LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH

Located directly on the sparkling Caribbean Sea, our home is located in quintessential North Side, Grand Cayman. Our property was purchased in late 2019 and was completely renovated in 2020 including all new beds and linen.
Our Villa has breathtaking panoramic Caribbean Sea with beach front views from both the ground floor living area, as well as from the expansive master bedroom and adjoining balcony. Within literally just a few steps from the double sliding doors you will find yourself on the soft sandy beach with miles of crystal clear waters to explore teeming with healthy shallow coral reefs and an abundance of underwater marine life.
There is a private courtyard and side entry door, as well as outside dining on your oceanfront patio. Our Villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Grand Cayman is an upscale, tax free, stable and safe island with the friendliest residents in the Caribbean. There is an excellent choice of casual oceanfront restaurants within 2 - 10 minutes from the villa. These include Rum Point, the Kaibo Beach Bar, Over The Edge and Tukka.
For scuba divers, Grand Cayman offers world class wall and reef dives with several beach entry dives in the area. There are an abundance of local dive operators should you wish to explore locations beyond shore dives.
Other activities include touring the Stingray City, Starfish Point, Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Gardens, hiking and bird watching on the Mastic Trail, the Blowholes, Underwater Submarine tours, the Turtle Farm, Hell, and Duty Free shopping in George Town.
We have also placed two yoga matts in the Master Bedroom for your use.

Enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and was clean. Loved the view! We snorkeled right off the beach (bring water shoes, it is rocky). I would recommend replacing the sofa as it had a big flattened area right in the middle which made it quite uncomfortable to sit to enjoy the view.

Fantastic house on the beach

Had a lovely week staying here, the house has everything you need and is in a great location to explore the island. We will miss waking up to the fabulous sea view each day. We will definitely return.

Great Property - quiet location

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Grand Cayman staying at this property. Communication from owners was excellent throughout the trip and property was exactly as advertised. Location was great on the quiet side of the island. But close to Rum Pointe and local grocery stores. Everything else was a close drive away. I would highly recommend this property for a trip to Grand Cayman and would stay again in the future.

Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Host communication was a breeze. Spotless lovely comfortable home. Ideal location for those who want to be away from the chaos and experience the peace and quiet and more local folk living their lives. Lovely snorkeling out out back door when the conditions were calm enough. Rented a car and explored other areas when they weren’t. Great restaurants nearby. Wish we were still there!

Amazing!!

Wow! I’m officially ruined for any other vacation! The amenities were endless… I swear they thought of everything we could possibly want and then some. It was amazing walking out the patio doors and the water was right there. The beach was great and stayed shallow a long ways out so even the 7 year old could touch. Going to sleep and waking up with that ocean view was wonderful. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect vacation!

This was a vacation planned for our adult children. Our daughter’s significant other my husband and I. 5 total. The villa was outstanding! Very clean, fully stocked except your food, kayaks, wonderful patio furniture and just steps from the beach. It was so much more than we hoped for.!it is on the quiet side of the island, which we wanted and great snorkeling right in front of the villa. We will be back!

Our best stay yet!

This was our third visit to Grand Cayman and this was our favorite property that we have rented. The location was close to many great restaurants, Run point and Starfish beach. The Villa had everything we needed, the owners were very responsive with our questions and made everything so easy. The sandy beach and easy access to the water made it easy to snorkel and kayak. There was ample shade as well as plenty of sunshine- the perfect mix. The beds were very comfortable. We love the quiet and easy laidback feel of the North Side as well. This is our new favorite place and we have been recommending it to all of our friends!

Great quiet location on the North Side!

Property was fantastic! Comfy beds, and very importantly comfy climate! Was a little worried about not setting the thermostat below 74 per host instructions, but surprisingly it stayed very very comfortable at that! The location is just 12 minutes from Rum Point which is where we went out for our excursions. There were a few minor inconveniences- the water heater was not very warm so no hot shower after snorkeling, AC went out one evening and repairman got it fixed around 1:30 AM. Other than that- it was a fantastic experience!

Winter Break in Paradise

The home was perfect, beachfront on the north side, with great access to rum point, east-side beaches, and an easy drive to the hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious, and the living and kitchen fit our needs to a glove. There were toys for kids if you need this, beach toys such as a kayak for the adults, beach towels, etc. overall a perfect stay for our family. The Wi-Fi worked well which is important for work requests that were unexpected but able to be fulfilled. The home is a perfect vacation beachfront spot. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Quiet and Comfortable

The home was right on the water (as advertised!), with stunning views, in a more quiet part of the island, on the north side. The beds were very comfortable, and the two twins room was kindly converted to a king bed upon request. There were kayaks, beach towels, snorkel equipment, etc. Everything that we needed. And Robert was very responsive when we had questions. An excellent host. We would definitely return to this home.

Wonderful villa in an amazing location

Fully stocked & very clean villa in a perfect location directly on the beach away from the crowded tourist side of the island! Very relaxing & amazing snorkeling experience on the beach just a few steps from your back patio door. We enjoyed cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen with a couple of small grocery stores within a few minutes drive from this villa. Great food also nearby at a couple of restaurants within 10 minute drive. Took a day trip to 7 mile beach which is so beautiful. Be sure to rent a car since this villa is about 35 minute drive from the airport, but don’t let that discourage you from booking since this villa & the location is worth the drive especially if you’d prefer to be on the quieter side of the island. Our host Robert was amazing & was quick to answer any questions we had & he was able to give us good recommendations for things to do & restaurants as well. We loved every minute of our stay & would definitely book again the next time we visit the island.

Peace and quiet

Our family of 5 enjoyed our Northside stay in this home.Check in is simple, easy communication with owners. Home was clean and organized. The ocean is right outside your door and the sunsets and sunrises are beautiful. The beach is rocky here as it is in a lot of areas but you can still carefully walk barefoot and find all the sea glass you could want. We kayaked or walked out to big rocks and snorkeled with tons of fish. Starfish and rum point are close and we enjoyed feeding the frigate birds at Tukkas. Check out the blowholes which are not far in the east side. Spotts beach swimming with turtles was a favorite as was spending the day on 7 mile beach being pampered by the crew at Bonny Moon next to the Kimpton.You can rent chair and umbrellas for the day (cash talks) and they give towels, fresh cold water all day and delicious food from Bonny Moon. As amazing as 7 mile beach is it was wonderful to retreat back to our quiet home on the beach. We shopped at Foster’s and Hurleys in town and Chisholm down the road for a few snacks.We did a private boat tour to Stingray City which was just amazing, an absolute must. We used Cayboss who picked us up right up the road at Kaibo Point.It was a great trip.

Wonderful house for a family vacation

The house was very clean and comfortable for our rainy week on the island. The kitchen is fairly well stocked and there are items for the beach in the lower bedroom. The host was responsive. The beach is a short stretch of white sand before the water, which is a mixture of turtle grass, sandy areas, and reef rock. The cayak was great to get out with and explore. We enjoyed finding coconuts, inquisitive chickens, and crabs on the beach. Do NOT put drawstring items in the dryer, as we lost a few articles of clothing due to them getting caught and twisted. This side of the island is far quieter than the other. Georgetown takes between 45-60 min to get to. A sizable grocery and pharmacy are about 20 minutes away. There are several good restaurants and attractions that are close by. Would stay here again.

Owner is wonderful to work with!

Absolutely beautiful property! On the Northside it is nice and quiet and having the beach to yourself is wonderful. The villa is equipped with everything you may need except food, LOL. The snorkeling directly in front of the Villa is wonderful - we snorkeled every day we were able to. We did several activities this week including renting a Catamaran, going to the Turtle center, Botanical Gardens and other things. The Over the Edge restaurant just down the road has wonderful food and having a small grocery store close by was so convenient. When we traveled to Rum Point we noticed how the villa's got closer and closer to each other. During our stay we only saw people staying in the other 5 Villa's. There is no way to explain how beautiful the area was - we would have loved a second week to keep enjoying the beautiful snorkeling. Only negative is the mosquitos - they were plentiful but nothing bug spray didn't fix. We had one issue come up and the owner responded immediately and kept me informed as to the progress of getting it fixed. Very helpful - Frank guided us to the location and time for snorkeling and seeing some fantastic fish sightings.

A Piece of Paradise on the North Side

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay in the North Side. The place was immaculate - I have never stayed in a rental that was so clean upon arrival, and that's no easy feat next to the beach. It was a great base for everything we wanted to do and we didn't have to return to the hustle and bustle of George Town unless we wanted to. Things we did: -Bioluminescent kayak from Rum Point (a little over 10 min. away) -Stingray City tour from Kaibo (about the same distance, also Kaibo restaurants have longer hours than current websites imply - reserve the Tues. BBQ online) -Crystal Caverns (only 2 min. away!) -Kayak and snorkel right off the beach of the rental to check out the coral reef Wider selection of groceries was a bit of a drive, but Chisholm's was very convenient and we could get what we needed on a Sunday. We were graced with calm, perfect snorkeling/kayak days and took advantage of both amenities. The sand right outside the door and down to the beach is perfect, but you will definitely want water shoes for the sea grass/rocks to actually dip your toes. Convenience to coral reef cannot be beat. On a windy day, we drove back over to 7 Mile for smooth sand and fewer waves. We loved waking up every morning in paradise. We would definitely go back.

Paradise

We had a beautiful time here! The house had everything we needed and then some: multiple beach towels, hats, books/magazines, games, sand toys, snorkel gear, hangers in the closets, hair dryers, first aid kit. Having a private, peaceful beach a few steps out the door was amazing. We saw iguanas and crabs and chickens regularly, which we loved. We visited Chisolm’s often to get everything we needed to cook & snack at home. Food on the island is very expensive so we tried to only eat out once a day. And the kitchen at the house had everything we needed to make cooking at home convenient. We used the snorkel gear and kayaks daily. However, my son stepped on a few urchins so make sure to bring water shoes with hard bottoms. The drive from the house to the more populated areas can take an hour, so we planned a day or 2 where we drove in and spent the whole day before driving back. But being able to enjoy the touristy things and then retreat back to our peaceful paradise was perfect. The only thing we were missing was a beach umbrella that we could put in the sand down by the water while we were hanging out. The back porch has shade and isn’t far from the water but I prefer to sit right on the shore but the sun was so relentless I couldn’t stay down there for long periods of time without shade. However that was just my personal preference and did not take away from our stay at all. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to Grand Cayman!!

Amazing spring getaway

We wanted to take our two teenagers somewhere warm and sunny for vacation. They wanted snorkeling and diving so we selected Cayman and found this beautiful property that had plenty of room for our family. The house was very nice, equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Since the location is not super close to Georgetown, we planned to have meals at home. We went to Foster's grocery store about 20 min. away which had a good selection. We went diving from the east side at Tortuga and did the kayak bioluminescent tour from Rum Point and both were an easy drive from the house. The kids loved Stingray City as well. We would definitely return for another adventure!

Absolutely awesome!

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here for a week in March. I could not have been more thrilled with the house and the location. Quite possibly my favorite rental house we’ve ever stayed at and even better than the pictures! The home was complete with snorkel equipment, kayaks, and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed great snorkeling and kayaking right outside the back door every day. Thank you for your hospitality!
