"The accommodation was very well maintained. We enjoyed the comfortable room which was well cleaned. The check-in process was seamless, even though the communication with the host for matters other than the check-in was rather difficult. The AC was not working properly. The building is quite old and therefore it was rather poorly soundproofed. We had an unpleasant experience during the morning where staff entered our room without knocking, twice! "Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Für 27qm war die Wohnung doch ein echtes Raumwunder. Allerdings gab es auch ein paar kleine Schwächen wie innenliegendes Bad ohne Lüftung und damit einhergehende Schimmelbildung in der Türlaibung, wenn ein Vormieter nicht lüftet, Badschrank total verstaubt, halbe Rolle Klopapier zu Beginn, TV Sender gingen nicht komplett etc. In Summe ein gutes Erlebnis für den Preis und die Lage bis zum Strand mit 1,2 kleinen Mängeln. "
