"This was our third time staying here. The rooms are clean, the property is quiet, and the view is tranquil. The only way they could be better is getting more partnerships with local businesses and advertising them to guests before their stay (e.g. an email digest) to help guide those who book early."
"Needed a last minute place to stay and this was PERFECT!! Reasonably priced and the owner is lovely. The rooms have everything you need and there’s a bar on the property where you can play pool and have an after-dinner drink. Highly recommend!"

"The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!"

"This property is pristine inside and out with fabulous mid-century photography/artwork throughout the house and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The location could not be better. It’s an easy drive into downtown Southampton but the secluded pool area makes it feel like you’re on your own private island. My husband needed to join us from the city and both the train and Jitney stops are less than 5 minutes away. We would love to stay here again. "

"This property is unlike anywhere I have ever stayed. As soon as the gates open you are transported to another world. The pictures don’t event do the house justice it is like staying in a museum with beautiful artwork and artifacts everywhere. The property is also perfect located near both sag harbor & Southampton with so many great restaurants and shops. My whole family had an amazing time including my dog! To be able to share this and bring him along was incredible he got to get up close and meet one of the horses on the property. This is really a wonderful home spacious and I hope to come back again. The accommodations are wonderful spacious kitchen and there’s outdoor dinning area that’s wonderful to sit for breakfast and watch the horses graze. There’s always a lovely swing on the deck for outdoor star gazing. It’s so different than anything else in the area and the owner & property staff were wonderfully attentive and helpful. "

"The house was perfect for our whole family, children, grandchildren and niece. The three levels provided privacy if desired and the dining and living room areas gave us plenty of together time. The outside was spectacular huge yard great pool and lots of pool floaters and lots of games and fun things to do. The host responded quickly to every contact and addressed all of our questions and needs. Highly recommend especially for families with small children as the property is very safe and child friendly. If ever in This area again we will definitely try to book Dan’s house! "
