"Great hotel. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The staff was super friendly and the complementary mini bar was unexpected, but a nice touch. Being across the street from Waverley Station, it is not noisy at all. The location is super convenient if you take the train coming to/from London. My only complaint is the bed was a little small. It’s advertised as a king, but in reality, it’s more of a queen/full size. "

"Very modern and clean. Beds super comfy. Reasonable price for Edinburgh if you don't mind walking a lot. 10 minute walk to the castle, 10 minute walk to Dean Village and 25 to heart of city. Good location. Highly recommend."

"This was a first stop on my Scotland trip. The check-in was expedient and was given a double bed with bathroom. The radiator did not put out much heat but I draped my rain-soaked clothing over a chair in front of it for a quicker drying. The breakfast was wonderful and well worth the price - get it! The spread was open early with many hot/cold options. The only inconvenience was one entrance/exit. "
