Not bad but not great. Overall it seems like the hotel facilities are too small for the number of rooms. The eating area, pool and hot tub are all pretty small and busy. And the sound proofing sucks. Felt like I could hear every door shut in the hotel.

The Waring House
Room was very clean and spacious. A bit dated...could use some updating. Also, we paid extra for a hot tub but there was no water in the hot tub, which was disappointing. Breakfast was excellent.

This was an absolute dream! The property is beautiful and so well kept. Everything we could eve need was provided and the hosts were so kind and helpful. Gave us the perfect escape. Amazing property - well maintained and clean. This was our second time staying here for a much needed girls weekend and once again it did not disappoint - exactly what we needed, cannot wait to return again.
