One of the highlights of this property is the private, screened-in heated pool. Imagine spending your days lounging poolside, sipping a cold beverage, and gazing out over the tranquil lake. It's the perfect place to unwind, entertain, and create cherished memories.

Step inside, and you'll be greeted by an open-concept living space that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Large windows and sliding glass doors frame the picturesque lake views, allowing natural light to flood the interior and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The living room is the heart of the home, featuring cozy couches, making it the perfect spot for gathering with friends and family.

The kitchen is a chef's delight. It boasts a convenient breakfast bar, making it a hub for casual meals and socializing. The adjacent dining area provides a formal space for enjoying meals with a stunning backdrop of the lake.

This home's three bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with access to the private pool area. Attached is the primary bathroom which has dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, ample closet space, and access to the outdoor pool area. The second bathroom has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead. The third bedroom offers ample space and has a queen-sized bed.
The outdoor space doesn't end with the pool; it also includes a covered lanai, ideal for dining or just enjoying the gentle Florida breezes. The expansive yard extends down to the lake, providing plenty of space for outdoor activities and the opportunity to cast a line and fish right from your backyard.

Important Things to Know

Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.
