About this property

Modern House w/ Heated Pool

  • Bring your family and friends to this beautiful house in North Port. Enjoy the heated pool with your favorite meals cooked on BBQ grill. Great beaches are 30 min away and popular mineral hot springis just 15 min away. Grocery stores, shops and restaurants are within 5 min of this house.

    ★ POOL HEATING ★
    During the cooler months ( November till April) there is a $15 per day charge for pool heating. Pool will be set to 84 F and run on a schedule from 9 am -5 pm. Please also keep in mind the pool may not reach preset temperatures if outside temperature is lower than 70 F during winter and spring season.

    ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
    Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate any pets including service animals or emotional support animals.

    ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
    Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

    ★ SAFETY ★
    Adults on premises are fully responsible for supervising children at all times. We are not responsible for any accidents that happen indoors, outdoors or in the pool area. Please no running and no glass near the pool.
