The North Port retreat is a spacious fully renovated home which has been lovingly designed and furnished with your comfort in mind. This home is a single-story and has bedrooms on one end and an open concept living area/kitchen/dining area on the other. The lanai/pool area can be accessed through the Florida room.

BEDROOM LAYOUT
#1 Master. This room has a king sized bed and a 50” wall-mounted smart TV. Additionally, there is a dedicated workspace and chair. The king mattress has a plush top and quite comfortable. There is a standard closet with plenty of hangers and storage space. The en suite bathroom has a single vanity and a standing shower.

#2 Bedroom. This room has a queen size bed and a standard closet with hangers and plenty of storage. The queen mattress has a plush top which is quite comfortable.

#3 Bedroom. This room has a queen size bed and a standard closet with hangers and plenty of storage. The queen mattress has a plush top and is quite comfortable.

BATHROOMS
#1 Master. There is a single vanity and a standing shower. All toiletries and towels are available for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels etc.

#2 Main. There is a single sink vanity and tub/shower. All toiletries and towels are available for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels etc

LIVING AREAS
The living area is an open concept design which makes it quite spacious. There is a large sectional in the living room and a queen pull out sleeper sofa in the Florida room. The Florida room is part of the house and is air conditioned. You will find many games and a variety of books in the bookshelf. The coffee table doubles as a gaming table as well. Additionally there is a 75” wall-mounted smart Samsung television.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA
Fully stocked with everything that you will need for your stay. The dining area accommodates 8 with four dining chairs and four barstools for countertop seating. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is available in the kitchen.

LANAI/POOL AREA
There is a dining table with 4 chairs for dining outside. The pool is 8ft deep at the deep end. It is not heated.

GARAGE/PARKING
You will find beach equipment, such as 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, and wagon to make it easier to transport items. The garage can be used to park a vehicle or trailer and we have a garage remote for your convenience. The driveway area can fit 2-3 vehicles max.

PET POLICY
This property is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $100 per stay. If you are traveling with larger breeds please reach out to see if we can accommodate. This property is fully fenced.

OCCUPANCY
This property can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and we CAN accommodate up to 10 with sleeping arrangements on the sectional couch and air mattresses. Extra linens, blankets, and pillows will be provided as well.
