I would highly recommend. The setup was great for 2 adult couples and could have accommodated a couple kids if they were a little older in the loft."

Having easy access to lake was amazing - fishing, roasting s'mores - just a relaxing time with family. Took a walk around the lake and just up the road was a nice playground our daughter had a blast on. Also just up the road - the "Cortland Repertory Theatre" looked really interesting. "The place is awesome. I loved the view of the slopes! And the whole feel is a ski cabin. The living room area was great with ample comfy seats and seats for eating at table and at island. Loved the (gas) fireplace. The kitchen was so well stocked with basics - from oil and vinegar, to coffee filters, to aluminum foil. Note that the amazing proximity to the mountain means being 15 minutes from groceries and restaurants. The one big note is that there's a cool spiral staircase to an awesome loft...

"The place was great. Four of my siblings, a nephew, and my father stayed for 2 nights to visit my terminally ill brother who lives in the area. The house is located near the center of town near restaurants. The spaciousness was helpful for private contemplation, yet the gathering rooms were great for getting together to share our experiences.
