Windy Hill Dunes #1501 Oceanfront End Unit

Enjoy your vacation in this luxurious, spacious, oceanfront 4 BR 3 BA condo. Experience beautiful sunrises from this 15th floor end unit. Oceanfront balcony offers expansive views of the beach from both the main bedroom and living room. There are 5 flat screen TVs in this condo - 1 per bedroom and 1 in the living room, plus, FREE WiFi.

The condo includes a fully renovated kitchen with marble tile backsplash, all new stainless steel appliances (2025), deep farm sink and refinished cabinets. The living room boasts new paint, lazy boy sectional couch, and 55” curved smart TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime. Your reservation will include fresh bed and bath linens, so just bring your pool and beach towels.

The bathrooms have been customized with new counter tops, showers, and paint throughout. All the bedrooms have also been painted and furnished with stylish new bedding. The main bathroom is granite throughout, with a jetted tub & separate shower & double vanity sinks. There are 2 other full bathrooms with glass door walk-in showers. Additional bedding arrangements provides 2 Kings (main bedroom and secondary bedroom), 3 Queens in other bedrooms.

Updated & equipped, the kitchen is stocked with dishware, glassware, pots & pans, Kuerig coffee maker & everything you'll need for cooking and serving fantastic family meals w/ an oceanfront view. Granite counter tops, full sized appliances, and washer/ dryer round out the kitchen area and offer convenience for a large group.

Outdoor amenities include a large lazy river, partially covered outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tubs, large sun deck, lounging area & direct ocean access. Four large "Green Egg" cookers are available for grilling a pool-side family dinner.

Just minutes away, in the heart of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach is our most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues & over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover since 2019 to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions and weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at this NMB location for 15 years and this was our 2nd stay at this condo which we sought out after last year’s stay. Its very comfortable and clean and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking for family. As previously noted, just the right amount of furniture/seating and not a lot of knick knacks so no worries about things getting knocked over/broken. Mgt company staff is very helpful and easy to work with re: getting in and leaving condo. Another great stay at on outstanding condo!

Overall nice place. The cleanliness was lacking. I actually needed to clean the tim work and floor in the one bathroom because it was covered in hair and dust. The refrigerator was also not very clean. I wiped down the kitchen cabinets as soon ad we got there also. They looked to have had coffee spilled down the front of them.

Wonderful vacation condo for large family!

Our week was fantastic. 15th floor, corner unit, amazing views-not to mention the unit was very clean and roomy! Enjoyed staying at Windy Hill Dunes and will do so again. Renting through VRBO was the way to go!

Wonderful stay at Myrtle Beach!!

This was one of the most enjoyable trips we have had to Myrtle Beach. The condo was excellent, and so completely stocked for our group of 12. We may very well stay here again!! Thank to the owner for a job 'well done'!!

Great place at the beach

We were impressed with the view, and stocked kitchen to make meals. They even had a Ninja blender we used for smoothies! There were also lots of equipment in the storage closet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Awesome Family Vacation!

One of our most favorite places to go on vacation. The condo is beautiful and spacious, and has everything a family could need. Great place to relax after a fun day on the beach. Wonderful location! On the beach, but close to all the exciting attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Perfect Mini Vacation

From the moment you open the door you know you have arrived somewhere special. This condo has everything you could want and more. Beautiful furnishings, enough TV's for everyone and a view that takes your breath away. Not to mention the pool and the kids favorite the lazy river! Very satisfied - a wonderful week

This is a beautiful unit with everything renters could possibly need provided. Everything was clean, up-to-date and nicely decorated. Anyone would be happy to stay here. The location is excellent - a quiet part of North Myrtle Beach with easy access to Barefoot Landing and the Outlet Mall. People at the office were very friendly and accommodating. We hope to stay there again.
