With its own private balcony facing the ocean, unwind in style in one of two living areas each with a 55 inch TV's or relax by your very own pool and hot tub.

Paradise at the Palms 3 is a luxury villa with two large gathering rooms/ den and 8 bedrooms and 5 full baths. It is directly across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen, dining area and living area. There are 2 living areas each with a 55 inch TV's. The master suite is located on the first floor. It has 2 queen beds and a balcony facing the Ocean. It has double vanities, a spa tub and separate shower. The second bedroom downstairs has a king bed and there is another full bath. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs with king beds, 2 of the 6 have a balcony facing the ocean! There are TV's in all bedrooms and we have a full size washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and beach chairs and some baby items. We have two high chairs and a pack n play. There is an outdoor grilling area with 4 grills, a nice pool and hot tub!

There are only 12 units in the building. I like to work personally with all my guest and meet their needs. We provide some beach chairs and beach towels. I provide a welcome basket with a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, a few trash bags and a bottle of dish washing soap to get you started. There are 2 refrigerators in the villa. I also have a Mr Coffee and a Keurig. We have a well stocked kitchen for the cooks in your family. We have HD TV's in all rooms.
Please note. This is a NON SMOKING villa. This includes cigars and marijuana. Marijuana is illegal in SC.

Perfect place for a large group

The pictures do not truly show how much space this villa has! The large table and kitchen counter with many stools allow big groups to all eat together and play games together. The villa was very nice and clean, the balconies were great and the walk to the beach was super short and easy. It was also very easy to do some grilling! The owner is very kind and responsive. Highly recommend this villa!

Great place for a group of golfers to stay

We had (12) golfers stay here for a long week end of golf. There was plenty of room for all us to stay comfortably. The area was quiet and peaceful - not bad traffic of anyone being loud and rowdy. We would definitely stay here again on future trips.

Family Reunion

Great place for a large group. Everthing in the unit worked and lots of beach towels and chairs. If i had one criticism, I would say the pool could be better kept up. Over great stay and I would recommend to others.

Great for large family’s!

The villa was extremely comfortable! Every room looked just like the pictures and communication with the owner was easy. She was very responsive. The owners makes your stay extremely convenient, from kitchen supplies to beach chairs, towels and wagons. We Highly recommend this place and would definitely come again!.

Mother's Day Vacation

The property was clean, spacious and just breathtaking. It was more then what our group could imagine. The kitchen was huge and being that we had a party of 14 that really made a difference. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. This property is definitely a 5 star in my opinion. When traveling with a large group of women sometimes its hard to please everything but i must say i didn't have no complaints at all.

Girls Weekend 2022

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed (except food, of course). The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were filled with towels for the week and enough supplies to get us started. The kitchen dining areas filled all of our needs. We really appreciated the two refrigerators. They were needed.

Amazing family vacation!

This was our first time booking through VRBO and we will be doing it again. We had a minor hiccup with bringing our dogs. However Lori was absolutely amazing and truly gracious. We had a total of 16 people in the villa and it never felt like too many even trapped in doors due to a tropical storm! The amenities were in abundance! From beach towels, beach chairs, and cribs and high chairs for the babies! We he property is literally a 2 minute walk across the street and the beach is beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Great For Large Groups

This was perfect for my family!! There was more than enough space for everyone. We loved that it was so close to the beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Loved the idea of having 2 refrigerators and lots of big pots and pan for cooking (most places have 1 set, if that). The check-in and check out process was super easy. The only problem we had was the water was cold most of the time and the water pressure in the kitchen was a little low. Other than that, we had a great time and I would definitely rent this property again!!

Annual vacation

The unit was very spacious and accommodating for our group of 13. Location was convenient and easy access to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked, this is the first unit we’ve stayed in that had everything you’d ever need. Definitely will look in to staying again!

Our stay was amazing! The whole place is awesome. Knowing the condo is stocked with all the beach items and the kitchen has all the things you need is such a relief. Lori and Jeff are fantastic to deal with and were there when we needed to call. We are already planning our next family trip. So blessed to have been able to stay here this week for the second time. Hope to have many more family vacations here. Love all the space. We had 14 people and we never felt like we needed more room. Thank you so much Lori and Jeff for having us!!!!

Myrtle Beach Vacay

The villa is in a great location, close to the beach and many restaurants, shops, etc. The unit is large, nicely accommodating our party of 9. The inside is in good condition, but could use some updates and maybe a deep cleaning. The floors needed a good scrubbing and that gave the place a bit of a grimey feel.The owner was very responsive, replying quickly to all our questions and needs.

Great vacation spot!

Villa was very spacious for our group of family and friends (14 adults, 5 children). Short walk to beach and a couple restaurants near by. Unfortunately, due to weather (Hurricane Debby), we could not enjoy beach or other attractions as much as we had planned. Would stay here again if we get back this way!

Large Area for Family to Hang Out

We wanted a house right on the beach because we were bringing our 85 year old mom. However, this house is right behind the houses on the beach and there's a road that separates the houses. There didn't seem to be too much traffic so getting to the beach was not an issue. It was a super short walk. There seemed to always be a nice breeze blowing through. The house was awesome! All of us hung out on the main floor and played cards, cooked, or watched tv, and it never seemed crowded...very large living area. There are all kinds of pots and pans for cooking. Having beach chairs was a wonderful convenience. We didn't bring any and was happy to see that the chairs were provided. We had 4 cars...3 medium size and 1 large. We never had a problem getting a parking space. The beds are super comfy. As a matter of fact, a couple people in our group used to have back pain but during vacation, their backs felt great. They realized the mattresses at their own homes must be the issue...lol. The owner, Lori, was very responsive. Everything was wonderful, and I highly recommend this place!
