Tilghman Cottages 16 is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is in a quiet community, located just a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Just a block over is the heart of NMB, Main Street, where you can browse unique shops, enjoy popular local restaurants from burgers to seafood, or just sit back and people watch, listening to beach music while sipping your favorite beverage.

This lovely Tilghman Cottage 16 has 4 bedrooms. Upstairs is a combination of 2 bedrooms w/ Queen beds. Plus, downstairs has 1 bedroom with Twin and Full (bunk beds) and 1 bedroom with a Full bed. There are 2 full bathrooms up, and one full bath down. The open floor plan offers a vaulted ceiling in the living room and dining area. Upgrades include 65" inch TVs in the upstairs bedrooms, combination of wood flooring and tile throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and all that you will need to make those home cooked meals. There is screened porch off the dining area. There is a full-size washer/dryer on the lower floor. A patio area for grilling is accessible off one of the first floor bedrooms. Entry to the townhome is from the side or thru the garage. The community pool is just steps away!

This beautiful North Myrtle Beach home is conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment for all ages. Greg Rowles Legacy Theatre is a guaranteed fun-filled entertaining family venue that will not disappoint! Within 10 minutes, don't miss the fun at Barefoot Landing where you can visit The Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Duplin Winery, Lulu's Cafe, Blueberry Grill, Taco Mundo, plus weekly fireworks in the summer season. Broadway at the Beach is another famous area where you can make the most of family fun, with shopping, dining, and watching the kids have a great time at WonderWorks, Broadway Grand Prix, Myrtle Waves waterpark and more. Pirates Voyage is a wonderful dinner show venue where you can watch pirate themed entertainment while you dine on some tasty food. Ahoy mateys! You may even be kissed by a seal!

This community has a pool (just a hop, skip, and jump away). Motorcycles, trailers, or pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking rental. This community is designed for families so no students or student groups please.

BareFoot Landing is great attraction for shopping, dining, golfing. Families with kids will find it's the perfect place to make everyone in the group happy. Waterway activities like jet ski rentals, charter fishing, or dinner cruises are available. Some of the best shopping, dining and nightlife (Alabama Theater and House of Blues) in the NMB area are only a 5 minute drive. Plan to golf at one of four BareFoot Resort world class championship courses (Dye, Norman, Love, Davis). Be sure to catch the weekly fireworks displays all summer long.

* No Loud Noise after 10 PM. $50 fee if security is called
* No Pets. $500 fee if pets or pet remnants are found
* Minimum rental age is 25 years - Groups must consists of half adults over the age of 25.
