The Parking Arrangements:

Free parking is available in the dedicated parking lot in front of the building on a first-come, first serve basis. There are additional parking spaces below the building. Parking underneath the building can support a MAX clearance of six feet, eight inches (6` - 8`). Please note the entrance to the parking lot is very steep. Proceed with caution and drive slowly when entering and exiting the parking lot.
◾Primary guest must be 25+ to book.
◾Motorcycles and golf carts are strictly prohibited.
◾Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00p (EST) through sunrise.
◾As per HOA guidelines and for the safety of our home and neighbors, absolutely no smoking, firepits, grills, or other fire-related use are permitted on any of the outdoor decks and patios.

There are good aspects and and some to improve on.First floor, ready access to beach within 3 min walk is a pleasure.To improve on attention to detail - broken dryer despite having knowledge of the problem prior to our arrival.
