Summary:

Tidewater Plantation First Floor Oasis! Beautiful first floor condo in Tidewater Plantation. A short drive to the beach and close to dining, entertainment and shopping. Enjoy nature from the screened porch with glider rockers or the spacious living area with unique accent details. The condo offers flat screen TV's, VCR-DVD and a fully appointed kitchen. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. No Motorcycles, RV's, Trailers allowed on property. No Grills Allowed.

No Smoking, No Pets, No Grills Allowed. Must be 25 yrs of age to rent, No Motorcycles, RV's, Trailers allowed on property.

Guests will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office.



Getting Around:

Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.

Must be 25 or older to rent. Absolutely NO house parties. No smoking, no pets, no motorcycles, trailers or RV's. No Grills.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.

This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
