The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove lint from dryer lint trap if dryer was used. Place used towels in washer and or in bathtub. Take all trash to trash compactor located at entrance of community.
Sign out of all smart tvs. Turn off lights and lock all doors except the outdoor Beach closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
