"Family friendly resort with outstanding pool amenities for kids. Only a short walk to the beach. The view from our room included the ocean and the pools. The location of the resort was convenient to restaurants, activities, and shopping. The mattress was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff cheerfully removed trash and swapped out towels when we needed them. We ate at the onsite restaurant once and had fantastic service.
We did have a 2 hour delay getting into our room initially, due to a communication error from the front desk. This was disappointing and frustrating. The biggest inconvenience for us was the parking garage being across the street and extremely tight for average sized vehicles. It would be helpful if there was a covered crosswalk over the road to go directly into the resort.
Overall, we had a very good week. Great resort for wholesome fun in North Myrtle Beach."
