This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo at Sunrise Pointe is everything you need for a perfect beach vacation and has recently been updated. This unit sleeps 6 with 1 king in the master, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom & 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom.

Sunrise Pointe is located at 5404 North Ocean Blvd. in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. This condo has all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer & dryer, 3 full bathrooms, TV's in the living room, master bedroom & 2nd bedroom (sorry, no TV in the 3rd bedroom) and tile & vinyl flooring throughout. You also have wonderful oceanfront views from your private 10th floor balcony.

This resort is a luxurious place for fulfilling vacation dreams and making great family memories. Condos feature a tasteful coastal décor and balconies that invite you to revel in our breathtaking oceanfront surroundings. Great location, beautiful oceanfront view

The condo was exactly as described! The unit was very clean when we arrived. The 10th floor ocean views were great as well! Check in process was pretty simple and the communication was great. We visit quite often and this was our first time at this property. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was wonderful. The unit was beautiful and clean. The beds could use a little upgrade as they are very springy and hard on the back. Other than that, everything was well maintained. You have everything you would need for cooking. The facility is also well kept and a short walk to the beach. It’s located close to shopping and grocery stores. Easy to locate and navigate in the area. We will definitely keep this in mind for our next group trip.

Excellent location. Building in good repair. Balcony furniture is excellent. Housekeeping needs improvement, especially tubs and showers. Old fashioned key that you must drive to the office to retrieve and return. Access needs updating.

Great Condo for Family

Totally happy with our stay at the condo. Very clean, plenty of space and a great back deck with a full 180 degree view of the ocean. Go out the front door and you have the most beautiful sunset views. The only issue we had was the odor coming from the washer machine. Hopefully they can fix that easily. But I would highly recommend this condo for anyone!

Comfortable, beautiful view. Kitchen needs more utensils and glasses. I bought 3 wine glasses because there was only one in the cupboards, with 7 giant beer mugs. Dirty under the furniture and in bathrooms. New linens are needed, towels are only fair. Dryer was very hard to use, and no instructions for the TV and DVD. Upgrade keyed entry to key pad. Balcony furniture was excellent.

Fall Trip with Family

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this place was nice. Two complaints though - pillows were horrible and place was not clean. Pillows were ridiculously tiny and flat. So much so that my husband and I bought 2 for our bed and accidentally left them there. Also when we got to the condo my 2 yo granddaughter pulled off her shoes and in less than 5 minutes her feet were brown. I immediately swept and mopped the floor in living room and kitchen and they were filthy. I would definitely suggest the cleaning service be changed. Also there was dust on all the lamp shades so it has been months since they were wiped down. Several damaged spots on walls and broken light bulb over dining table.

Not the best we’ve rented

Nice building on the beach with small indoor pool, outdoor pool and lazy river. Check in process was long (Saturday). Why not have keyless entry like our daughter &family had in unit next door? Kitchen was lacking. Ex: all Teflon pans scratched up, three manual can openers and none worked. Dull knives. One set of kitchen cloth/towels. No ceiling fans in front bedrooms. Washer/dryer were temperamental, flooring trim pieces off or loose causing tripping issues. No extra sheets. Our family had two other units and this one wasn’t nearly as nice as the others. Beds and couches were comfortable. View is beautiful and beach so close. Another drawback - no restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance, unlike other units we’ve rented in the area. We reached out to mgt company several times regarding questions and issues and response times were very slow, if at all. While we enjoyed our stay, we did not feel the value was up to par with other units.

Great Stay

Had a wonderful experience. Property, accommodations and location all great. Check-in and out could be a lot smoother without having to visit a remote location with physical keys but overall we had a great time.

50 years of friendship

We met in college 50 years ago. This was our first VRBO experience and it far exceeded our expectations Beautiful, very clean, updated condo perfectly situated in CherryGrove section of N Myrtle Beach. Large balcony overlooking the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return next year!

WOW BEAUTIFULL

Great place to get away at!

We had 5 nights at this place, and it was amazing! Super clean, spacious, and right on the beach! The parking couldn't have been any closer to the elevator which made carrying our luggage up to the room a breeze. Definitely recommend a stay at this oasis at the beach!

Several times, guests on other patios were smoking which disturbed us. Picking up and returning the keys to the management company 20 minutes south of the property was inconvenient and added excess travel time.

Beach / Golf Trip

Everything was just like the website said it would be. We had 6 adults and were very comfortable. The kitchen is a little small but hey, you are in a condo on the ocean! The balcony was great and fit all 6 of us. New furniture on the balcony (pictures on website are old). Assigned parking was great. Elevators up to the 10th floor were fast. Beach access was very nice, they even had a place to rinse off your car if you wanted to. We would definitely recommend for your trip and would come back! LOTS of golf within 20-30 minutes. We ended up in N Carolina a couple of days.

Unfortunately they were doing work on the beach with bulldozers and dump trucks which wasn’t that bad just inconvenient. However the condo above us was renovating with drilling and hammering which was absolutely terrible. I know it wasn’t our condo owners fault, but a heads up would have been nice. Overall I would recommend this condo. Just ask if the building is being renovated at the time
