  • This beautifully RENOVATED Key West beach house is located in the exclusive and quiet neighborhood of Tilghman Beach and just across the street from the beach. 6 bedroom, 4 bath house is located directly across the street from the beach. This house has its own private pool, hot tub & outdoor enclosed shower. This property received all new siding, decking, fencing, flooring, paint, furniture, completely remodeled kitchen, appliance and TV's in the winter of 2017-2018. In the winter of 2018-2019, all 4 bathrooms were completely remodeled. The house sleeps a total of 18 people with a total of 2 kings, 4 queens, 2 twins & 2 sleeper sofas.

    Those who want to swim can head outside to the private outdoor swimming pool or relax in the private outdoor Jacuzzi. Even the sports fans will be satisfied with the outdoor basketball hoop & volleyball net and fenced yard for playing corn-hole! This beach house has a well appointed-kitchen and charcoal BBQ grills to satisfy everyone's hunger after all of those activities.

Great House & Location

My friends and I had a great time at this house. Was perfect for what we needed - quick drive to golf courses, restaurants, etc. Big pool and hot tub were great too.

Amazing stay, and within 5mins walking distance to the beach.

The place is tidy and clean, and within walking distance to the beach. The pool was large which all the kids and adults enjoyed. Would highly recommend.

Memories Made

First of all check in was so easy. Second the pool was bigger than I expected and a pleasant surprise. We had 8 adults and 7 kids everyone enjoyed the pool. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and right across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and we were able to make a few dinners for everyone. The grill outside is small and took time to cook but we made it work, it is a charcoal grill. We had so many laughs and everyone found things to do. A great weeks vacation and I highly recommend.

We started here for my two brothers bachelor parties. The house was perfect, plenty of room for all 13 of us adults. It was amazing to have the pool. The check in process was simple and even accommodated an early check in! Would definitely love to revisit.

The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious enough for our needs. The grill was not big but we cooked on it twice just took a bit longer due to capacity. We had 15 staying on the property. The kids utilized the pool and the basketball net each day. The beach was less than a five minute walk.

The property fit our family perfect. We decided to do thanksgiving a little different from the norm.o erall the house the hkuse was great. I would ask that the management change a few small things like offering more than than just one roll of tissue per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. When you have guest of 10+ people you should at least do 2 rolls. Just small things. I would definitely stay again and recommend. one roll per

Overall, we enjoyed the home very very much. It was clean and homey but we didn’t like how there is no common bathroom for everyone to share downstairs. You have to go into someone’s room to use the bathroom. It was a lot for some of the adults to continue going upstairs to the kitchen. The WiFi barely worked but aside from these 3 things. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is literally right there from the beach!!

Key West House Stay

Overall the house was perfect for our group. It showed it's age a bit, but was clean and the description was very accurate. The kitchen supplies (dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc.) were more than enough for our group of 15. You do could use some storage containers for leftovers and maybe a few mixing bowls of various sizes. The fenced in yard was great with the kids. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. The second refrigerator in the downstairs was great for extra beverages. The thing we would most have liked to see was a bathroom on the first floor for when you are in the pool. That would have really helped. All in all, we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Great location, clean, super responsive property management

It was a great stay for our group. There were 13 adults and there was plenty of space for folks to lounge and sleep. The house was clean, the beds all had fresh linens, and there were clean towels in the bathrooms. The volleyball court, basketball hoop, shuffle board, and pool kept everyone entertained. A beach entrance was across the street and it was a short 10-15 minute walk to bars/restaurants/grocery store. About a 5 minute drive to the main strip with grocery stores, mini golf, and restaurants. Although no one in our group played, it's also within minutes of a golf course. We easily parked 4 cars on the property. We had to reach out to property management for 2 small issues and they had someone come out the same day (including Sunday) to fix the problems. Communication was great and super responsive. Our only suggestion would be to have a few more items in the kitchen (platters, bowls) to serve dinner to a larger group. Definitely recommend.

Our Beach Vacay

Overall we had a great stay. There were 17 of us including myself. There was a little confusion parking all the cars in the driveway. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The house was neat and clean. There was, however, a leak under the sink in the kitchen. We did not report it as we discovered it late during our stay. Also, guests who stayed on the 1st floor complained that it was hot. I would recommend putting in a bar in the tubs with showers or at least a rubber mat as the tub was quiet slippery exiting it and I felt like I was falling. Lastly, I am used to going directly to the house when arriving and opening the door with a code. We had to go instead to the rental office to secure a code and sign the contract.

It was okay..

We came with a large party of 8 adults and 7 kids. We felt that there were plenty of space and places to sleep. We didn’t find the beds extremely comfortable, however we made due. The home was beautiful and well maintained. There were plenty of outdoor activities and the hotub was an added bonus! We did have ALOT of issues with the remotes for the tvs. We found that some remotes worked for other TVs instead of for the tvs they were found near. It seemed like a lot of batteries were dead or low. While frustrating, we made it work. The only other issues was having to bring your own supplies like trash bags, dish washing liquid and toilet paper though we found out about this after booking, and we felt like it was just too much with everything we already paid for. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would likely book again!

Vacay getaway

Overall our stay at this property was great. We enjoyed ourselves and we were able to find activities around close by to where we were staying. The beach was literally about a three minute walk away. It was beautiful It actually seemed a little more of a private beach so not crowded at all. Overall the house was great. The only thing I would say is it constantly smelled around the kitchen area like mildew? Not sure but it was a distinctive smell and as far as my bathroom where our soaps went, it could’ve been cleaned little bit better. There was residue of soap being put there, but overall it was a great trip and we really enjoyed ourselves. It was able to occupy all eight of us comfortably. P.s. if you are planning on staying at home to drink with friends, or you know just lounge around definitely remember they stop selling liquor at seven at all stores and on Sundays. No liquor store are open.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was real nice and accompodated 13 people just fine and even had an extra pull out couch if we needed it. A suggestion would be to leave some basic stuff like paper towels, extra toilet paper, condiments like salt, pepper, etc. but I understand why they don't, so just go to the nearby WalMart and load up on them there. Also, if you are into playing board games, then bring them as there are 2 large tables idela for playing games anddoing puzzles. There is a basketball hoop and badmitten net and raquets to use as well. The shuffleboard court is cracked which makes it hard to slide the discs. Be careful not to park under the basketball net as some strong winds blew it down and would have smashed our rental. The layout was nice with 2 big decks in the front and nice lounge chairs around the pool. One thing that kind of sucked for us but not the owner's falut, was that the beach does not allow any canopies or tents and we had both. So we used the tent around the pool as there was only one umbrella there. Overall, it was a nice place and I would definitely stay there again for sure.

Perfect location

We had a 4th of July family get together here and it was amazing. How is as advertised, the kids loved the pool, and the beach was a short walk distance away. Definitely would stay here again. Great pripery and communication.
