Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, private pool, hot tub, elevator, garage, and all outdoor spaces. (excluding one owner’s closet)



Log in to your favorite streaming services on any of the 5 Smart TVs located throughout the home—including Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and more.



Parking:

Free parking for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not park on the street or block any neighbor’s access. Golf carts are welcome!



The front door is equipped with a Smart Lock. You’ll receive your private door code on the day of check-in, along with optional access via smartphone app.



Check-In / Check-Out:

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 10:00 AM



We do not offer early check-in or late check-out due to same-day turnarounds during busy season. This ensures our cleaning team has ample time to prepare the home to the highest standard.



Late check-outs will incur a $50 fee every 30 minutes past checkout time.



Other Things to Note:

Beach gear (including wagons, chairs, and umbrellas) may be available for your use. Please return all items after your stay. Missing items will be charged at the following rates:

  - Beach Chair: $60 each

  - Beach Wagon: $200

  - Beach Umbrella: $100



Elevator is for guest use, but please supervise children when operating and ensure the door closes properly between trips.



Please respect our home and neighbors—quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



Complimentary high-speed WiFi is included. In the rare event of an outage, refunds cannot be issued.



Pool and Hot Tub are professionally maintained. Please shower before using and secure the cover when not in use for safety and cleanliness.
