Bay Watch 1207 at Big Fish Rentals. This beautiful 12th-floor condo at Bay Watch Resort is just steps from the beach in North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy beautiful beaches and heated pools year-round. The resort offers a great location, centrally situated in North Myrtle Beach.

This comfortable beachfront condo includes all the extras you would expect. It is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit that sleeps up to 6 guests. The main bedroom features two queen beds, while the living room offers a sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed. The kitchen is equipped with full-sized appliances, making it easy to cook and entertain. Enjoy a wonderful beach view from this inviting condo.

From the living area, step out onto the balcony overlooking the ocean. This is the perfect spot for morning coffee or tea while breathing in the salt air and watching the sun rise over the Atlantic. The bedroom is equipped with a TV and features new bedding and pillows for your comfort.

To help you start your vacation with ease, we provide three rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels.

Relax by the multiple pools, take in the ocean views, stroll along the beach, and unwind on the balcony in the evenings while enjoying the natural sounds of the ocean. There is so much to enjoy, and we hope you love our condo as much as we do.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Bay Watch Resort will have ongoing renovations beginning October 2025. Guests may experience some daytime noise or minor disruptions.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pool Closure
Pools at Tower 1 will be closed starting Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The project is expected to last until the end of March. During this time, the Tower 1 pool, lazy river, and all hot tubs will be drained and unavailable. The Tower 1 pool deck will also be closed and secured for safety.
