Luxury Townhome at The Dye Club, Barefoot Resort

Experience comfort, style, and convenience in this beautifully maintained 2,675 square foot three-story townhouse in the gated Dye Club community at Barefoot Resort. Surrounded by four championship golf courses, Dye, Fazio, Norman, and Love, this home offers a serene retreat with easy access to everything the resort has to offer.

Just minutes from the Intracoastal Waterway and the main resort pool, the townhouse also provides easy access to onsite dining at The Marina Bar and Grill, Putter’s Pub, and the Barefoot Market Café. A seasonal shuttle takes you across the waterway to the oceanfront, just three blocks from the resort entrance at Barefoot Landing, and also provides quick access to the main resort pool, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The first floor features one of two master suites, tastefully decorated with upscale furnishings and plush bedding. This suite has two queen beds, a dresser, nightstand, and TV, along with a private bath with a walk-in shower, vanity, and closet. On the second floor, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals, accompanied by a dining area for six and a breakfast bar with four stools. The spacious living room is perfect for gathering with family and friends, with comfortable sofas, a chair, and a large flat-screen TV. The lanai overlooks a peaceful pond with a flowing fountain, ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A half bath conveniently serves the living area and guests.

Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, and private bath. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed, share a hall bath. A laundry room is tucked away next to the hall bath.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, motorcycles, buses, RVs, commercial vehicles, boats, jet skis, and trailers are not allowed. Gas and charcoal grills are prohibited, units are non-smoking, pets are not permitted, and guests must be 25 years or older. There is no garage access, but plenty of free parking is available.

Beach trip

Townhouse was clean and beautifully decorated and well stocked with soaps, laundry and dishwashing detergents for the length of the stay, not just starter kits. It was spacious and relaxing and at a good location. I would stay here again and would recommend this rental!
